Kai purchased an old ‘Tahoe Style’ cabin on Brockway Golf Course with the intention of converting it into a short-term rental. The home was in a great location near the water, but had some infrastructure issues that needed attention immediately. The funds required for HVAC and electrical updates didn’t leave much of a budget for upgrades to furnishings and decor. Kai turned to SkyRun to help improve the interior design and staging of the home on a minimal budget.

Solution

In addition, SkyRun developed an order list for furnishings from budget retailers and Facebook Marketplace to ensure the project stayed within budget. The SkyRun team then completed all work, installing bathroom floor tiles, replacing all curtains and rods, assembling new furniture, and staging the home with accessories. The entire project required only 3 weeks, helping to minimize lost rental income.
