Small adventurous kids will love the fun "ship bunks" in the hallway. (Or, it's a great spot for storing essentials for your stay.) This condo, located in building C of the Sea Cabins, (faces northeast) has recently been repainted and has had a nice addition of a coffee bar (Aug 2022). There are 2 TVs, one in living space and one in the bedroom, both with cable TV. Free Wifi is included. Private community pool, grill area, coin laundry, and access to THE ONLY fishing pier on the Isle of Palms. Convenient to shops, restaurants, ice cream and treats. The county park playground and park facilities right next door. Max 4 guests. NO PETS. ONE VEHICLE PASS provided. 134 C Sea Cabins is located at 1300 Ocean Boulevard at the "Front Beach" area of Isle of Palms. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, ice cream shops, and nightlife. You will have private access to the beach access, community pool, and Sea Cabins only ocean pier. You will find sidewalk access for the 350-yard walk to the Harris Teeter grocery store, Subway, the butcher, and some of Isle of Palms's best restaurants. This is the only condo location that provides beach, pool, and pier access. You will not be disappointed by this condo's fun and central location. Kitchen was fully equiped. Lots of clean towels. Tv worked well. Floor is uneven. Some of the floor planks were sticking up. Im not sure if the floor was uneven in bedroom or if it was the bed. I had to sleep with my head were your feet are supposed to be because I felt like my head was 6 inches lower than the rest of my body. But the condo also appeared to have a mildew smell. There was mildew under the mattress of pull out sofa. There were stains on sofa pillows. What a great condo! Have stayed in a few condos at IOP and this is the best option for our family of 4. Condo was clean and some local treats welcomed us upon arrival (we appreciate businesses that support local!). Plenty of clean towels for our family along with travel size shampoo, conditioner and soap. Condo was modern and furniture was comfortable. Check in was easy and feedback for check in and check out was quick. Would definitely stay here again! However, the staff promptly responded to my text and provided me with the code, which was very helpful. The location was excellent, with a short walk to the beach, playground, and a lovely pool, all of which enhanced our overall experience. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and grocery. Just a few steps from the pool and pier and a 30 second walk to the beach!
