Free Wifi is included. This first floor unit has one flight of 10 steps up to the door; there is no elevator. Parking is very close when parking on the ocean side of the building. Private community pool, grill area, coin laundry, and access to THE ONLY fishing pier on the Isle of Palms. The house is in a fantastic location just a few blocks from the beach. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The house accommodated three couples and two children perfectly. The pool house was a bonus for the children to watch movies and set up their gaming equipment out of the way from the adults. There are many great spaces for lounging and cooking together. The backyard is stunning! We just wished we could have used the pool more during our stay. It was much chillier than we expected for late November. The beds were cozy and the house was comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful but the appliances (other than dishwasher) are pretty dated and dont have consistent temp control. We cooked thanksgiving dinner so a gourmet kitchen was our expectation. The floor plan was exceptional for spending time together and being able to find a quiet place to chill. The outdoor space is exceptional. Loved the screened in porch with exceptionally comfortable couch, and the back deck with pool was so relaxing and visually appealing. The Extra space (T.V. room in separate building) was incredible. We enjoyed several evenings watching movies! Bedrooms in main home came with portable fans which was a wonderful asset. Great linens and comfortable mattress. One couple slept in the pool house room and thoroughly enjoyed the extra privacy and option. 0.2 mile walk to beach. Easy walk, but highly recommend a golf cart rental to move beach chairs and such back and forth. We used IOP Golf Cart Dude who actually lives close by. Kitchen was well supplied. This house has the coolest furnishings ( wowza-must of had a very hip designer? ) , amazing private pool area, cabana room with huge seating by the pool that can stay open or closed ( our teens loved it) , private guest room on the other side of the pool, comfy deck and pool chairs, new kitchen, and the perfect beach vibe. We have stayed in this home previously and think it is a gem of a rental property-you literally have everything you need under one roof for an amazing fun and relaxing vacation!
