It faces southeast and from the balcony you will see the most beautiful sunset skies on the island! #211 is an OCEAN FRONT 1br 1ba condo that sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living space. If you're bringing small adventurous kids there are two small "ship bunks" in the hallway. Recent renovation of the kitchen includes new cabinetry and counters plus some lovely design touches. This condo's functionality and use of space is spot on, even including a workspace for remote students and employees. Wifi is included. 2 TVs, one in living space and one in bedroom, both with cable TV. Max 4 guests. ONE VEHICLE PASS provided. ** Please note that the area where the bunks are does not have a door separating the sleeping spaces from the living space. This would be important to a family with younger children hoping to get them to bed earlier while still enjoying the night. Matthew Stayed Jun, 2024 Review Couldnt beat the price for the location, literally a 3 minute walk to the beach and right around a lot of restaurants.The inside was nice and clean, and there was basic amenities in the kitchen.The only minor issue was a loud ceiling fan, which normally wouldnt be an issue except that the lowest the AC can be set to is 72 and the bedroom gets warmer then the rest of the condo, and the ceiling fan in the bedroom, which would have fixed this was extremely unbalanced/loud.Overall the stay was well worth the money and we would return, even with the loud fan (but I do hope they fix it) which is why I gave it 5 stars, and I would recommend this to anyone. The condo is small, but has everything you need and more. We appreciated the comfortable and clean place, and would definitely come again. They even have beach chairs which is a nice plus! The entire condo was well equipped with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. And we appreciated the convenience of all the USB charging ports. The recliner was a welcome touch and the small table and chairs were a nice alternative to eating at the bar and would be great for playing board games.
