The home is located a just a couple blocks from the beach and a nearby park with pickleball, tennis, basketball and a playground. Sarah Stayed May, 2023 Review This home checked all the boxes: quiet, safe neighborhood, walking distance to IOP 31A beach entrance (2 blocks), quick drive to IOP downtown restaurants, or Shem Creek. The screened-in back porch was worth the whole rental, and where we spent our mornings and evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with essential amenities, including a washer and dryer. Bathrooms provided ample towels for families, but bring your own toiletries. Large playground within walking distance for little ones. Just FYI for families - no beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc. provided (saw that some others in the neighborhood do). Overall, it was a lovely stay for our small family and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet palms experience. Host's response: Thank you for your 5 star review.
