Beautiful home, very convenient to everything. Although in a neighborhood, it was extremely private and well landscaped so you felt like you were away from it all. Would definitely stay there again with any large group.

Our Favorite House

We’ve stayed at a bunch of houses in IOP and Folly over the years. This was by far our favorite house. The pool was fantastic to take a break from the beach or for an early morning or late night swim. The space under the house was a comfortable temperature and a great place for a family cornhole tournament (they have great boards and professional style bags). The beach chairs were clutch. Kitchen was amazing for cooking meals and the grill was very nice compared to most grills at rentals. Great location - highly recommend either bikes or a golf cart to get to the beach, marina and grocery store. Wonderful stay and the property managers were wonderful and extremely responsive. We’ll be back!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Paradise Palms . The kitchen was fabulous and everything about the home was great. Pool area was very nice and big. The beach chairs that you provided for the house very nice and we love the Shibumi shade canopy was above and beyond . Location was good for everyday visits to the beach. Review

Rod and Alice were very responsive throughout the process. We had actually booked another home with them and the owner had some problems with the home and could not fufill the reservation. It was out of Rods control but he was very proactive and found us this place immediately that worked out great. He was very professional and responsive in what was a frustrating occurrence. Before and during the stay they were very responsive and I would highly recommend them for another trip.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

We had a lovely few days at Paradise Palms! The name is fitting as this home is paradise! We had plenty of room for our family which includes two small children. The home is decorated beautifully and has everything you will need for your home away from home. Location is perfect, very close to the beach. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces specifically, the gated porch located directly off of the kitchen. The kids had fun playing out there and we enjoyed a few meals overlooking the pool. We hope to return soon!

Stunning Home & Stay!!!

What a beautiful and well appointed home located a short, easy walk to the beach! We loved staying here with our family of 5. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and cleanliness make this such a stunning house! The backyard pool area with hot & cold shower is so tranquil and nice. The kids lived in the pool 🙂 The back porch was a great morning coffee spot. All the rooms and beds are so comfortable with nice TV setups for afternoon naps or rainy day rest. Loved watching a family movie on the large living room TV with sound bar setup. And everything you need is already in the gorgeous kitchen. The walk to the beautiful beach was short and easy on quiet streets with 2 different access points close by. The house comes stocked with beach toys, chairs, wagons, and plenty of towels. All we had to do was show up and relax! Such a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you again for having us.
