This gorgeous 4 bedroom/ 4 bathroom town home is only steps away from the Union Creek Chairlift and the Copper Mountain Ski and Ride School. Great location for beginners and experienced skiers and riders! Lower level: The entry level of this home is on the ground floor, with access to the garage and front door. The downstairs bedroom has 2, Twin over Queen Bunk Beds  and a full bath. There is direct access to the private outdoor hot tub.  

2nd Level: Large great room complete with a surround sound system. Full bath on this level as well as large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. This great room has a new queen sleeper sofa. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a large island and breakfast bar as well as large dining area. There is also a full bathroom. Enjoy the private BBQ Grill on the deck.
 3rd Level: Master Suite with king bed, gas fire place, and wonderful view overlooking the chairlift and Ten Mile Creek. The Master bath has a nice soaking tub and walk-in shower with rain shower head. 3rd bedroom has a Double size bed and full bath in the hallway. The 4th bedroom has Queen Bed and a Twin Bunk Bed. There is a full size washer and dryer on this level as well.
There is parking in the large, private 2 car heated garage, which has plenty of room to store all your gear for you to enjoy in the Rocky Mountains!

Very spacious townhouse for our two families, everyone could have their own space. The ski in and out location could not have been better for us to be able to take an easy break. It was also very nice to be in a quieter section of the resort just 5/10 minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a huge hit with the kids! Thank you for such a memorable vacation!

Favorite place in Copper

We love this place! West village is ideal for all levels of skiers bc it is easy access to all villages via the lifts, which is a short walk from the condo. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Sky Run management was great to work with for any issues we had which were minimal. They were quick to respond and helped us with any questions. Would definitely book again!

Great location but a bit dated inside

enjoyed our stay but the photos do not accurately show the inside of the property. carpet , colors, etc are a bit dated in comparison to the photos used to advertise the property. otherwise we enjoyed the stay and location. creek outside and hot tub was best feature!

Awesome place with ski-in and ski-out!

Really beautiful property and perfect forOur family. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One recommendation is to streamline the process where guests dont have to go to a location to pick up a packet to check in. Provide the code to get in remotely. We arrived late night and would be helpful to go straight to property vs to go to a different location to get a packet to get a code

Perfect Base Camp

Beautiful home in a great location. We loved opening the windows to hear the creek. Lots of nearby hiking and fishing. Plenty of fun things to do in the resort itself.The house is well appointed and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.My only complaint is that the place was stocked with the cheap paper and bath products and the cheapest trash bags ever created; the kind that are so thin they tear if you put another empty trash bag inside of it. So consider this condo BYOB- Bring Your Own Bags.

Great property and wonderful management company

Very nice unit - great setup with kids on lower floor all to themselves and 3 couples on upper floor - 4 full bathrooms made morning and evening getting-ready a breeze. Great ski-in/out access, parking for 3 vehicles, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, everything needed for an easy vacation. Our 3 families loved it. Can't wait to come back next ski season!

Fantastic Rental!

Our stay at this townhome was nothing short of fantastic. The property is beautifully appointed and well maintained. There was so much room to spread out and afford everyone in our group privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cookware. The balcony was used for dining and plenty of group conversation. The property backs up to the bike/hike trail and afforded great people watching! The creek was running high and was great to listen to. Skyrun management checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure all was going smoothly. The check in/out process was quick and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 39B and would not hesitate to rent again!

Location, Location, Location!

First time staying at Copper, this unit was in a great location. So convenient to walk the kids to ski school in the AM, the location was just awesome. The unit was spacious for 2 families, kitchen was well equipped. The beds and bedding were not as nice as we'd hoped for- the mattresses were uncomfortable and the bedding dated. We couldn't get the hot tub over 99 (to be fair, we should have called to have it fixed, but we didn't). Only other minor complaint was the kitchen trash can, bags kept ripping and was messy! Overall with those improvements this would be an outstanding property. Check in and check out were easy, too.

Beautiful home at the base of Union Creek.

Lots of room, great kitchen, eating area and hearth room for everyone to gather. SkyRun management was easy and great to work with. Sent an email with requests for humidifiers at 10pm and they were there before noon the next day(could have been as early at 930am but we were out skiing). Also had a maintenance man there to fix 2 minor issues. Perfect place for beginners and experienced skiiers. Would definitely rent again!

The condo was great - very clean and lots of space

Excellent location for skiing with the grandkids! Big kitchen and large dining room table for our group of eight. Appreciate that shampoo, garbage bags, etc. were well-supplied, and every bathroom had lotion for our dry skin. Hope to rent here again next year!

Lovely home. Close to lift. Fantastic kitchen with everything you need. Outdoor grill. Very comfortable for 9 people. Private outdoor jacuzzi. Great master suite with fireplace and huge bath.

We were staying for a work event at Burning Stones Plaza. The home was always warm and was a wonderful refuge from the cold winter. When the hot tub was working poorly, a simple phone call and it was fixed by the time we got home again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality from start to finish. Will be glad to return next year.

This place is perfect!

This is a perfect space for a family get away. We came up here with 7 people and we were more than comfortable. The location is very close to the mountain and about 13 minutes from the grocery store and Starbucks etc. in Frisco. The hot tub is clean and a nice touch. Would absolutely recommend!

Beautiful mountain home in a winter wonderland!

We stayed as a group for a conference and had an amazing time! The house is perfect and can easily accommodate a large group. It is walking distance to everything and we could ski in and out. It is a perfect place to relax after skiing in the hottub, or simply start the fire, cook and meal and play board games with your friends! We highly recommend this home!

My friends and I had a wonderful time in Copper Mountain. The property was clean and spacious with amenities that made us right at home. Just steps from the mountain, it was the perfect winter ski weekend getaway. We hope to visit again soon!

Exceeded expectations!

Wonderful, luxurious town home right on the slopes with easy walking access to Center Village. The rental is super clean and included lots of extras such as the hot tub, copious kitchen supplies, puzzles/games, etc. We loved the two car garage for ski storage and parking the cars. The Sky Run staff were friendly and accessible. We've rented a lot of Colorado VRBO's and this is on the "very high end" list. We will definitely come back next year for SnoFest or any ski weekend. Summer would be spectacular too.
