Two minutes to the Gondola and three minutes to restaurants, stores, and coffee shops, but it was very private and removed. Jairo Stayed Jan, 2024 Review The GOOD:Cannot beat the location and convenience to lifts (especially to Center Village' American Flyer & American Eagle), shuttle stops, Starbucks downstairs, and restaurants, all within 2-3 mins walk. There is parking inside the building however, it is first come first serve (not assigned). The BAD:The apartment is old and it clearly shows its age - from the carpet and decor, to analog thermostat that is hard to adjust. The bathroom ceiling was full of yellow stains, and the vent is clogged with dust.Bed headboards are right above floor heat vents and caused headaches to half of our family. We had to turn the heat down and just cover ourselves with a lot of blankets to sleepCheck out is at 10, which is earlier than most Airbnb's. That was fine, but the cleaning crew came to knock on our door 3 times starting at 8am and the second time they left all the linens and towels in a bag blocking our door and making it inconvenient to pack and check out. There is also a solid BBQ restaurant built into the first floor which was to our delight. Also easy slope access built into the complex. Only downside was you need to bring quarters for the laundry which is not in unit. Colorado is also a plastic-less state which we learned but we left reusable Walmart bags for the next tenants.
