There is an easy groomed trail that runs behind the building that accesses the Green Acres learning area. Green Acres has a "bunny slope" chairlift that is great for kids and beginners. My family of 5 boarder/skiers enjoyed a long weekend stay. Condo large and comfortable , fireplace was a nice asset. We had lots of fresh snow which made it nice. The walk to the main center ski lift was a work out for me but the younger group did it with ease. The slope by the condo was for beginners but led to a lift to black diamonds. Our crew learned the slopes and was able to ski to the condo. Area closed early around 7 pm due to Covid. Private parking garage was easy. Condo clean and equipped with the necessities. Michelle Stayed Jan, 2021 Fantastic Copper condo with perfect location! We stayed in CM116 at Copper Mountain Inn January 3, 2021 through January 9, 2021. We were a party of 10 and the condo did not disappoint. It was literally steps from the Eagle and Flyer lifts and we could ski in anytime we wanted a break or to grab a snack. I loved the fact that the unit had 3 separate bathrooms. The beds in the two bedrooms had memory foam on them which made them incredibly comfortable. Having the pull out coach and the murphy bed in the living room area ensured that we all had our own beds. Check in was easy and management followed up with us the day after check in to make sure all was well. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper and other toiletries and the kitchen was well stocked with dishware, crockpot, pots and pans etc.... We cooked all our own meals so we were grateful to have such a well equipped kitchen. We also always had plenty of hot water for all of our showers that was fantastic as well. The only downside to this unit is that it doesn't have a washer and dryer but, of course, we knew that before we rented it. Knowing that ahead of time, we just made sure to plan accordingly and it worked out just fine. One improvement I would recommend would be to add a boot warmer to the condo. We brought ours and it worked splendidly to dry our kids' mittens after a full day on the slopes. They are inexpensive and would be convenient since the unit doesn't have a dryer. We usually stay two nights to enjoy the atmosphere of Copper Mountain. Each year the rooms were extremely clean, well maintained, and had very well stocked kitchen. In our last visit they had even made more improvements. You couldn't ask for a more comfortable and close condo to the Copper Mountain Village.
