Feel right at home in this larger 3-bedroom condo that sleeps up to 10 people. Pet Friendly limit of 2 dogs, with additional fee of $100 per dog. Relax in front of the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the flat screen TV. There is a large L couch in the living room that supplies plenty of sitting. The newly remodeled kitchen is well appointed and features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There are 4 seats at the breakfast bar, and the dining room table seats 6 people comfortably. The private balcony looks out towards towering lodge pole pine trees which adds to the mountain feel. There is a full bathroom off the kitchen. The first bedrooms has a King, a flat screen TV, and another private balcony. The second bedroom has a set of Bunk Beds with a Twin over Full. This bedroom has a mini-refrigerator, a microwave, and an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a King Bed, Twin bunk beds, and a queen sized pull out futon. This bedroom has its own TV and mini fridge along with its own en suite bathroom. Copper Mountain Inn is ski-in/ski-out to the American Eagle chairlift, which accesses intermediate terrain. There is also a "magic carpet" surface lift for first timers and beginners located right next to the American Eagle. There is an easy groomed trail that runs behind the building that accesses the Green Acres learning area. Green Acres has a "bunny slope" chairlift that is great for kids and beginners. This condo has a great location for all abilities! Laundry facility located on the third floor and is coin operated. There is one assigned parking spot in the garage beneath the condo. Clearance is 6'10". All overflow vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain for an additional charge during the winter, summer is free.
