The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The dining room table seats 6 people and there are 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. There are three private balconies, one off the living room and 2 off of bedrooms. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The washer and dryer is located in the half bathroom off of the kitchen. One bedroom has King Bed with TV and full private bath. The second bedroom is the bunk room, with 2 Sets of Twin Bunk Beds, (4 twins total). The third bedroom has a Queen bed. Copper Mountain Inn is ski-in/ski-out to the American Eagle chairlift, which accesses intermediate terrain. There is also a "magic carpet" surface lift for first-timers and beginners located right next to the American Eagle. There is an easy groomed trail that runs behind the building that accesses the Green Acres learning area. Green Acres has a "bunny slope" chairlift that is great for kids and beginners. Very close proximity to central plaza where our event was centered. Elevator from the parking garage, and entire condo on one floor, no stairs to manage for our elderly guests! Very clean, nice living space, nice kitchen space. Less-ideal aspects: bedrooms are pretty small, with very little moving room between the bed and the walls might be an issue for those with mobility issues. No easy storage for our bikes (no rack or rails available outside and no room inside) - we ended up locking them all together in front of our vehicle in the garage, which worked well. The owners have put a lot of thought into what guests will need while staying and have created a great place to stay for families. Underground parking and being right in the main village was perfect for us to walk around and not have to drive anywhere. We were so impressed with the kitchen and how many serving and cooking items were there. One miss was the fact that all they had were table spoons, which were too big for the kids to eat with. The sleeping spaces were good and could definitely accommodate lots of people. However one of the bedrooms was more of a hallway on the way to the room with all the bunk beds. It looked to be remodeled recently. The beds and linens were newer & comfortable, not like a typical mountain condo we have rented before. All 10 of us were very comfortable.
