The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, and granite counters. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals. The dining room table seats 6 people. Don't feel like cooking, enjoy the many restaurants that are just a short walk away. The living room has a Queen Murphy Bed that folds up into the wall. There is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a flat screen TV. The private balcony faces towards the American Eagle chairlift. In the summer, there is a babbling creek running by. There is a full bathroom off the kitchen. There is also a gas fireplace for you to enjoy. Copper Mountain Inn is ski-in/ski-out to the American Eagle chairlift, which accesses intermediate terrain. There is also a "magic carpet" surface lift for first timers and beginners located right next to the American Eagle. There is an easy groomed trail that runs behind the building that accesses the Green Acres learning area. Green Acres has a "bunny slope" chairlift that is great for kids and beginners. This condo has a great location for all abilities! There is a coin operated laundry facility located on the third floor. There is one assigned parking spot in the garage beneath the condo with clearance of 6'10". All overflow vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain for an additional charge during the winter, summer is free. Close to all restaurants and bars in center village. Can ski down to a beginner chair then down to superbee lift, or walk a short walk to the center village lifts. Nothing fancy but has the basic needs covered. Communication with the team was decent. Kind of the basic what you expect in a ski town apartment, Always paying a premium depending on the time of year but we werent expecting much and met our needs. Booking the unit was a breeze through Sky Run Vacation Rentals. Checking in was easy, too. We arrived early on the day of our check in and although our unit wasn't ready for us we were given our parking pass so we could park in the garage while we hit the mountain for a day of skiing. I received a text on my phone with the access code when our unit was ready, so at the end of the day we skied directly to our garage--right from the slopes! It was such a treat to have true ski-in ski-out with underground parking and an elevator to our floor. The condo itself was quite spacious for a studio and was well appointed.
