Located in the heart of East Village, this inviting 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo places you just a short walk from the Super Bee Lift for easy ski access in the winter and the Copper Creek Golf Course for scenic summer rounds.

Inside, the condo offers a warm and welcoming mountain atmosphere with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bedroom features a plush king bed, while the living room includes a queen sofa sleeper, making the space ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together.

After a day on the mountain, unwind beside the cozy fireplace or enjoy the fresh alpine air from the property’s outdoor hot tubs located just behind the building. The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in easy, while East Village restaurants, après-ski spots, and outdoor activities are all conveniently nearby.

Additional amenities include secure underground parking for one vehicle and easy access to Copper Mountain’s year-round recreation, including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, golf, and more.

Garage Clearance is 7'4". If your vehicle does not fit, paid off-site parking is required during the winter season. In the summer, outdoor village parking lots at Copper Mountain are free.
