Welcome to your centrally located vacation rental at Copper Mountain! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit comes with all the perks and amenities that you need. The unit can sleep 6 guests. The Mill Club complex is centrally located in Center Village overlooking Eagle's Landing and West Lake. Just steps away from the American Eagle Lift and Gondola. In the Summer, you're right in the middle of all the action for the Union Peak festival.

This condo is warm and spacious. Wood accents throughout the condo give you the authentic ski lodge vibe. You have a open concept kitchen that opens up to the dining room and living room. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, numerous cooking appliances, and bar seating. The dining table seats 6, perfect for homecooked meals. If you were looking to indulge in the resort dining options; you are within a 30 second walk to all the restaurants at Copper. Sawmill Pizza is located on the first floor of the building. Walking distance to Ten Mile Tavern, Jack's, Downhill Duke's, Sauce at Copper, Eagle BBQ and more!

The living room has a comfortable couch and lounger. Great for taking in the views of West Lake and the Ten Mile Range. There is a gas fireplace and large Smart-TV to help relax after a powder day. There is a private balcony that features unbelievable views all year round. Prime view of Peak 1 and 2. Unparallel views of the Aspens for fall visitors!

The Master Bedroom is spacious and has an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features radiant heat flooring, double vanities, a jetted-tub, as well as a separate standup shower. The bed is a sprawling King with a TV for added comfort.

The second bedroom features a queen bed with a TV for entertainment. There is a secondary bedroom that has a bathroom across the hallway. There is also a double vanity, radiant heat flooring, a bathtub/shower combination.

A private Washer and Dryer to add additional comfort within your vacation rental. This is located in the hallway between the second bedroom and the bathroom.

The Mill Club complex comes with community features such as an indoor hot tub, sauna, and fitness facility. There is an underground, heated garage parking for one vehicle. Clearance of the garage is 7'8". Any additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot for an additional charge in the winter, summer is free.
