SUBMIT Eric Stayed Mar, 2024 Review Overall, I had a great stay at Sky Run's Mountain Plaza at Copper. First, the good: Great location! Steps from the American Eagle lift and Copper Village, which offers some very good eating options (we ate at Sawmill Pizza and Taphouse twice). The room was clean and although the beds were a bit soft, they were comfortable enough. Our room (522) had a nice sized fridge and microwave which was convenient. Storage locker with key was provided, although we opted to keep our equipment in the room.The not so good: The room was very dated as it relates to furnishings. If you don't need fancy this isn't a problem. The furniture, although completely functional, showed its age. The vanity outside the bathroom only had 2 working bulbs out of the four. The room was a little on the chilly side, even after adjusting the thermostat. Guests are responsible for taking out their own trash, which I didn't learn until checkout. The unit has a mini fridge, toaster, and coffee pot, which was nice to have. Communication with property management was easy, and we had a great stay.If you are looking at this unit, be aware that check-in and key pickup is in East Village. This is a short shuttle bus ride away from the unit in Center Village. However, the busses stop running atpm, so if you are checking in late you will need transportation between East Village and Center Village. It is right in the middle of center village and a 20 yard walk to the gondola. We stayed for two nights with our young daughters. Unfortunately one of them came down with a fever before the trip and she wasn't able to ski. We had a lot of down hanging in the room watching TV.
