Very clean. Windows face the highway but didn't notice the noise really at all. Building is very nice, some repairs going on around the hot tub with the door and fence, but hot tubs were great. Stayed Mar, 2021 Terrific, spacious unit!! Everything about this unit was terrific. We have stayed in several Passage Point units, and this one was by far the best. It was the first unit from the elevator, which made transporting items to and from the unit easy. The bedrooms and living area were all good sized, which worked great for the 6 of us staying there. The bunk beds in one room worked great for a family of 4, two kids on top and Mom and Dad on the bottom. The master bedroom, with the Murphy Bed, could allow another 4 individuals to sleep there. It was very nicely furnished, everything was clean and in good shape. We will DEFINITELY make this unit our first go to unit whenever possible. It was a blessing in disguise because we could then cook our own meals (food options are pricey here at copper mountain), and the room we were at afforded beautiful views of the mountains in the background. Our rental was at Passage Point through the SkyRun management company. Our unit was a 2 br/2 ba located in Center Village. It was a perfect location (bus stop just outside the door) and just down from one of the main ski lifts. It was the perfect location for enjoying the shops of center village as well. The unit was well maintained with upgraded Tv's in each room. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Housekeeping service was not included daily. The beds were adequate. Although our unit was on the 4th floor it was noisier than expected given it faced the pools/center village. SkyRun management was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable staff. They were very helpful and answered all of our questions. You do need to know, though, that the key will need to be picked up in Frisco (just a few miles down the road) and not at the condo. tired father of twins Stayed Feb, 2012 Everything a family of 4 needs and then some The place exceeded our expectations. We knew our place was close to the lifts but we didn't realize how close it was. The Copper's village map makes look farther than it was. The free bus stop was right out our back door also.We had 1 minor issue with the coffee maker but that was replaced with a new one right away.A great place with lots of room for 2 adults and 2 toddlers.
