Lindsay Stayed Sep, 2023 Review Overall our stay was great! The location is perfect. The condo was cozy and had everything we needed - especially for the money. Only thing that wouldve been nice to have (that was not there) was some laundry detergent since there was a washer and dryer. Like others, Id note that to get to any of the rooms upstairs you have to walk through the master bedroom. Another note, the pet fee was mentioned in the description but not included in our total at booking. We didnt know that and did not expect an additional charge after we booked. Clean, rooms were a nice size, and the master bed was very comfortable. Only recommendation is the beds upstairs were hard/firm for our teenage boys, so I'd recommend a foam mattress pad, and the fitted sheet for the master bed was too small for the thickness of the mattress. Stayed Mar, 2022 Great location Our primary reason for staying here was that it was close to the mountain, and it was great. There were 4 adults and the sleeping arrangements worked great for us. But if you have kids or people with different bedtimes, I can see it would be tough, since the loft is open and can hear all the sounds in the condo. We had an issue with the internet and when I called, someone came by to fix it within the hour. They were very responsive to any questions. Sandra D. Stayed Feb, 2022 Location!!! The whole process was quite simple. Snowflake Condos are steps away from Superbee lift and the Copper Loop bus. There is covered parking (not enclosed) and extra parking a short walk away. The space was perfect for 4 adults and a dog. The spiral stairs could be a challenge if your legs are super tired but my six foot tall guests did fine. The kitchen was well stocked plus a washer dryer in unit. Second floor updated bathroom was very nice. Plenty of storage for skis in unit and in the locker. Gas fireplace was nice and helped to keep the space comfortable. You do have to request a towel exchange as needed. We did have a maintenance issue which was promptly addressed by SkyRun and fixed. The condo has a weird layout where you have to walk through other bedrooms to use all the rooms, ok for families maybe not for couples or friends. Stayed Apr, 2021 CONVENIENT Ski In Ski Out Condo This condo was perfect for me, my college-aged son, and his girlfriend. They each had their space upstairs as it had a room with a bunk bed and a room with a queen bed. They shared a bathroom. The only strange part is that they had to go through my bedroom to get to the stairs leading to their rooms. It was fine, though. Skiing in and out made things so nice as we could come back to the condo for lunch. They also had online classes, so they could run back to the condo as needed and "go" to their class and then return for more runs. The condo is around the corner from Christy's Sports which is nice for easy rental and returns. It's also a short distance to the Super Bee lift, tubing hill, and the East Village. The Super Bee gives access to the more difficult runs. We had everything we needed with a functional kitchen, electric fireplace, ski locker, parking spot, close proximity to Christy's Sports and the Super Bee lift. We will stay here again! However, that was a minor issue for our family. The convenience of the Super Bee lift being so close-and even the tubing hill- were paramount. The kitchen appliances worked well, and the kitchen was fairly well stocked with equipment. The beds were comfortable. Needs some updating, but overall a very good place to stay. First the cons: salt and pepper shakers were empty, no pantry space and had to use the closet in the living room for kitchen storage. The bedroom upstairs is really really tiny. Poor lighting and just unpleasant place to rest. The downstairs bathroom had two lights out above the sink. Some of the pegs in the hallway lean down and the coats just slide off. The toppers on all the beds were very fluffy, I prefer firm beds and found the beds uncomfortable. Could not get the vhs movie player to connect to the TV. We could hear the movie but couldnt see it. The spiral steps were the death of me. After skiing all day, going up and down the steps to help my young children get ready for bed was awful. I gave the place 4 stars solely for the location. It was great to be able to walk to the lift, the tubing, and a restaurant literally out the back door. The condo needs some updating. Unfortunately, I would not book this particular property again. The condo was on the 2nd floor directly next to the elevator. Our dog did great in the elevator. Great views of the mountains to the north. The place was very clean. The main bedroom is on the main level. If you come with multiple people, the 2nd bed and bunk beds are up the spiral staircase (located in the main bedroom). Two full bathrooms. Beware, no air conditioning in most places in the mountains, but leaving the windows open works great to cool the place down. Many of the places in Copper are closed for the summer, but I recommend the Ten Mile place that is a short walk from the condo. This place is the perfect distance to hiking and restaurants in both Frisco, Silverthorne, and Vail. We absolutely loved this place, I would highly recommend! For advanced skiers, it's conveniently located at the base of the Super Bee lift or a simple (free) shuttle bus ride to green and blue runs in Center and West Villages. The building is quiet and well maintained and small renovations to the condo over the years make it comfortable, quaint and perfect for those wanting a budget-friendly, nice place to stay. As some reviews have mentioned, the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms is a little quirky, but my husband, sister, brother-in-law and I all have plenty of room to hang out and relax without issue. The interior of the condo has been recently renovated and is lovely. We enjoy the wood-burning fireplace and room to kick back and relax. Billy Stayed Feb, 2017 Review The location of this place is excellent, directly at the bottom of the SuperBee lift and close access to restaurants . The only gripe we had with this unit was the bathroom access. You have to go through the master bedroom to access the main floor bathroom and go through two bedrooms to access the other. Depending on the group you are visiting with makes this less than ideal. This is the first condo at Copper Mountain we've ever stayed in so I'm not sure if this is how all of the floor plans are configured but this was the only issue we had with the unit. Brandi Stayed Jan, 2017 Review We had a wonderful time at the ski-in, ski-out home. The East Village is just steps outside of the door with a couple of great restaurants right across the ski path. Parking was covered, which was great with all of the snow! The host provided excellent directions, an app with all of the access information to the home and a SkyCard which allowed for one free adult ski rental per day. Very helpful!!!The property was comfortable for 3 adults and 2 little ski-bunnies. We would highly recommend this place to anyone with kids who is looking for a ski in-ski out to drop them off a little early or come in for lunch. Overall, great place! Shan H. The upstairs, downstairs configuration of the condo worked well with 3-4 kids able to sleep upstairs, leaving adults to have the run of downstairs in the evening. Also found we had all the comforts of home included with aircon, humidifier, heaters, fans, washing machine, sound system, 3 x tv's, games, full kitchen etc. We will definately be back in the village next year..! It's so convenient to the slopes to walk down to Christy's to rent our skis, stash them in our car (or the ski closet), and then hit the slopes when we're ready. We enjoyed watching the snow drift down while we had the fireplace roaring with actual wood! What a treat! This spacious condo allows for plenty of room to spread out after skiing all day, or just a quick break for lunch and then head back out for an afternoon of skiing. We've also enjoyed coming up here in the summer, because Copper is just as much fun in the summer and perhaps even more beautiful. Don't forget your bicycle!
