Make yourself at home in this spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom Summit House condo, just a 3–4 minute walk from Copper Mountain’s Center Village and the American Eagle chairlift. Enjoy easy access to shops, restaurants, and the slopes, with a groomed return trail that brings you within approximately 100 feet of the condo when conditions allow.

With 800 square feet of living space, this comfortable mountain retreat sleeps up to four guests. The bedroom features a king bed, and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. After a day of adventure, settle in beside the gas fireplace or step onto your private balcony to enjoy the mountain air.

The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in easy, while the dining area offers views of the mountain and Center Village—an inviting setting for breakfast before hitting the slopes or a relaxed dinner afterward.

Summit House offers two shared laundry rooms and a private ski locker on the ground floor for convenient gear storage. Your stay includes one complimentary assigned parking space in the covered carport, with additional free parking available in the North Alpine Lot.

For skiing, American Eagle offers intermediate terrain, while American Flyer serves some green runs. Beginners and first-time skiers should head to West Village by bus or take the short walk to Green Acres, a nearby learning area.
