Summit House is only a 3-4 minute walk to Center Village and the American Eagle chairlift. You can ski to within 100 feet of the condo on the groomed trail that runs behind the Copper Mountain Inn and Timber Creek condos. With 800 square feet of space, this two bedrooms condo is great for 6 people or a small family. The first bedroom has a King Bed. The second bedroom has 2 Queen Beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Enjoy the gas fireplace and dining room with a view of the mountain and Center Village. There is a private balcony off of the living room. Summit House has two laundry rooms in the building. Your private ski locker is on the ground floor as you enter the building. There is a covered car port parking spot for 1 vehicle, this is an assigned spot. Any additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot for an additional fee during the winter, summer is free. Center Village is the main base area for Copper Mountain. There are many great shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The American Eagle Chairlift accesses intermediate terrain. The American Flyer has some green terrain, but all first timers or beginners need to take the bus to West Village or walk to Green Acres. Green Acres is only a few minute walk and is a great learning area. There are shared laundry facilities located in the building, the first is on the second floor and the other on the fourth. SUBMIT Angela Stayed Mar, 2024 Summit House #SH501 Nice and very spacious top-floor condo (bedrooms are ginormous!) with vaulted ceilings in Summit House #SH501. Condo is located on the side facing the views of the majestic mountains with gorgeous alpenglow at sunset, which are spectacular! Unit is on the 5th floor but very accessible just one door down from the elevator and push cart in the lobby made moving in and out easy. Numbered, covered parking spot on ground floor under the building is open to the parking lot and this unit's spot is very close to the elevator/lobby entry door. KING bed in one bedroom was very appreciated!! (2 queens in 2nd bedroom)We were not able to ski-in or ski-out, but we could walk with ski boots on from the front of the building/ski locker room area and make it to the lift in Center Village in just 4 minutes. Walking from the condo to the shops and restaurants in regular shoes was a breeze. Large screen Roku TV's for regular tv or streaming with your own logins made watching the Super Bowl easy. Gas logs fireplace was cheery to sit by in the evening and easy to operate with a timer mechanism that we could set for how long. SkyRun mgmt company was friendly and easy to communicate with, really appreciated the Live Chat feature on the SkyRun website. We would definitely stay in this unit again if visiting Copper Mountain. We had a couple issues with the keys losing their programming but the staff sent someone over to give us new keys. The condo is very dated and the lighting isnt great but it served its purpose as a crash pad after a day of hitting the slopes.
