Located right in the heart of Center Village. It is a short walk to the American Eagle and American Flyer chairlifts. Be close to many shops and restaurants as well. The private balcony overlooks the ice skating pond and has great views of the Ten Mile Mountain Range. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and there is a dining room table with seating for 6 people. The living room has a gas fireplace framed with river rock and a flat screen TV. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has a Queen Bed and a flat screen. The en suite bathroom has 2 sinks and a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom also has a Full/Twin Bunk. There is no television in this room. The bathroom in not en suite and has a shower/tub combo. There is an underground, heated garage parking for one vehicle. Any additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot for an additional charge in the winter, summer is free. Melanie Stayed Feb, 2024 Review Location is everything here. Sure, it's a little more expensive but it's hard to beat being able to walk to the lift instead of packing up your car every day and walking god knows how far, sitting in traffic, etc. etc. Loved having the outdoor hot tub also. Beds in this unit were comfortable and it had everything we needed. Just remember, do not go skiing on a Saturday, the lines will be terribly long. Thursday we had no wait in any lines, Friday was a little more crowded, Saturday was a zoo. Best Bloody Mary is at Aerie at the top of American Eagle, don't even try them anywhere else since most of the drinks are not good. Best margarita is at the mexican restaurant in town, don't get the giant one, just the regular one they are excellent! Host's response: Thanks, Melanie for the great review. Anais Stayed Nov, 2022 Review The place has great location but there was 3 things seriously wrong with the apartment. 1. There was a broken (couldnt close all the way) window in the master. So it was cold.I tried reaching out to get it fixed but got no response. 2. The kitchen sink was completely broken, we had no water access in the kitchen the 3 days we are there and that was a big bummer since we are a family and cooked 2out 3 meals in home. I also tried reaching out but got no response. 3. We didnt have access to the ski lockers so had to leave our ski stuff out in the room. Not such a big deal, but still.you never know. All in all , great location but I wouldnt stay there with kids. Maybe some young college guys that dont use the kitchen and wont mind being cold in their bedroom. Home is very welcoming with all needed amenities and extras. We enjoyed the Instapot, Ninja processor and other out of the ordinary in a rental appliances.
