Loved the ability to communicate via text and appreciated the information I received via text. The room was small. The bed was great (king with good linen). Would have liked to have had water glasses and coffee cups in the room and a Nespresso instead of a drip coffee maker. The location was great. The bathroom sink was really small with no countertop, which made things difficult. The water pressure and temperature fluctuated a lot while showering. It was a pain to have no good access with a vehicle to load / unload and parking way across the roundabout was a hassle. These points made it not a very great value for how much it cost. Cynthia and Family Stayed Nov, 2011 Great condo with some unusual bumps in the road. We loved the location and layout of the condo (we had two bedrooms), but our key expired and we were locked out. There are no SkyRun people on site at Copper, so we had to wait what felt like forever for help. When loading the dishwasher, I had both racks pulled out, and the dishwasher itself nearly tipped out of its opening -- it was not bolted in. And I've heard loud refrigerators before, but never one like this! Kathy Stayed Aug, 2011 Great time in the mountains. Overall, it was a great place to stay. We loved being right in the center of Copper Mountain. We loved our balcony that overlooked the paddle boats. The beds were very comfortable.
