Loved the ability to communicate via text and appreciated the information I received via text. The room was small. The bed was great (king with good linen). Would have liked to have had water glasses and coffee cups in the room and a Nespresso instead of a drip coffee maker. The location was great. The bathroom sink was really small with no countertop, which made things difficult. The water pressure and temperature fluctuated a lot while showering. It was a pain to have no good access with a vehicle to load / unload and parking way across the roundabout was a hassle. These points made it not a very great value for how much it cost. There are no SkyRun people on site at Copper, so we had to wait what felt like forever for help. When loading the dishwasher, I had both racks pulled out, and the dishwasher itself nearly tipped out of its opening -- it was not bolted in. We loved being right in the center of Copper Mountain. We loved our balcony that overlooked the paddle boats. The beds were very comfortable.
