Conveniently located in Center Village, it is a short walk to both the American Eagle and American Flyer chairlifts. The updated kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The dinning room table has seating for 6 people. The gas fireplace adds ambiance to the well decorated living room. Enjoy great views of the ice skating pond and the surrounding mountains from the enclosed porch with large windows. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room and a full bathroom by the entryway. The master bedroom has King Bed, a flat screen TV, and a desk. There is an en suite bathroom. Kimberly Stayed Feb, 2022 Review The value of this pricy unit is the location to center village only a few minutes walk. Underground parking was nice (note the height limit). Kitchen was small but updated and had all the cooking tools we needed. Everything else has a 70's feel with small bathrooms but comfortable. Property mgt was responsive and easy to work with. Amazing condo and amazing service Good Time Stayed Mar, 2014 Everything we needed for a perfect stay. It was a perfect location. There was some noise as we were facing the pond and just across from the pizza place and Irish pub, but nothing crazy. I would take the little noise again because being close to our ski rental and good eats out weighed the noise. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. We would do it again. We highly recommend Good Times adventures near Breakenridge. We did dog sledding and it was one of the best parts of the trip. The unit was very comfortable and nicely furnished, and was really large - we were surprised by the amount of space. The building and condo show their age a little, but were very clean. We took advantage of a lot of the amenities - played some of the board games that the owner had in the living area, watched movies on the DVD player, used the free wifi, kept our skis in the ski lockers on the first floor, and used the hot tub on the first floor several times after skiing. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked dinner every night. This was our first time staying at Copper Mountain, and now I understand why some lodgings are described as "hotel-style rooms". In this unit, it appeared each bedroom could be locked off from the living/dining/kitchen area by a double set of doors, and rented out as a (very small) hotel room - each bedroom area had its own door to the hallway with card-key access, and its own bathroom, large closet, TV, desk, and coffee pot. The building is very conveniently located. We had a nice view of West Lake from the balcony, and it was a short walk (even with kids carrying their skis) to the american Eagle and american Flyer lifts. We had free parking in the garage under the building, and there were luggage carts in the elevator area to help carry your stuff. There is a little grocery store right around the corner. SkyRun Rentals was very helpful and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our ski vacation in Copper Mountain, and would definitely stay in this rental again. Stayed Jan, 2011 Nice accomodations, good location, prompt maintenance Plenty of room in this unit! We enjoyed having the 3 bathrooms/2bedrooms. Watched the Christmas Eve fireworks from our glass enclosed balcony. Loved being in Center Village and close to American Flyer and Amer. Eagle lifts. Issues we had staying there were handled promptly and courteously by Sky Run Property Managers. Thermostat for family room/kitchen area did not seem to function and it was hot the first night. Mtce. was prompt in coming out. Took a couple phone calls to get access to the ski lockers, but once we did - loved having the 2 lockers and being able to put on equipment right before you walked out the door to the lift. Garage was great to have, made loading and unloading luggage and groceries a breeze. We would stay here again -- but would ask that they furnish the unit with a crock pot and replace the kitchen table chairs -- a little too rickety for our comfort. Nice to have the wireless internet, dvd player, and ability to hook up the ipods to the stereo system. Having flat panel tvs in each bedroom was nice too.
