SUBMIT Madison Stayed Mar, 2024 Review Location was incredible and space offered a great number of beds and couches. There was a few pain points including not being told that it was being your own towel (but the hot tub wasnt working anyways), red stains on a few places, and elevators that broke a few times. Stayed Feb, 2022 Great location, great price, good space So much fun was had!!Open space, located right next to the ice rink, a quick walk from everything you need and a gas fireplace. :)This room was as listed. It was the expanded version with the 2 bdrms and 2 baths, which came in handy many times. We had to call for bedding for the pull-out couches. The staff was supper nice and quick to respond. We hope we left them with enough 'tip'.The open layout of the central area was great for our group and a main reason why we chose this room over others. We utilized the kitchen and in house utensils as well. While the unit and building over all is 'well established ' & due for an update the space and price made it just what we needed. We had difficulties getting our items loaded in to the building and many of us got lost in the maze of the garage and 3 attached buildings. It didn't help that one of the elevators was down the whole time. (Reviews reported it's been down since at least Oct.We couldn't figure out the 'sunroof' but the mnt view is nice. Perfect unit for us - comfortable beds, clean, and plenty of space. Could have used a few more dishes and silverware in the kitchen as we had to wash often. Also the carpet is worn. Had a few issues with appliances and condo and the SkyRun people were AMAZING! Very fast and prompt. I own a vacation rental and I wish we offered this level of service. Most of the places are closed, not sure if its a summer thing or a covid thing, but the little coffee/donut shop was open which is all this really mattered. The room was spacious, the mattress was a bit hard but I had a mattress pad which helped. All in all I would definitely stay again. Barbara & Tom B. Stayed Mar, 2020 Village Square When we arrived, we quickly found out that although the space advertises it sleeps 10, they had provided enough blankets and pillowcases for the beds only and not the couches. We had 7 in our party. They also only had 8 bath towels. They do not provide extra towels for the hot tubs and when we requested more towels, they were only able to provide 3 more. That meant 4 people had to share towels for the hot tub. We called and requested another blanket, pillowcases, 6 towels and extra soap for the showers. Soap and 3 towels and pillowcases arrived quickly, but the lady gave me an attitude when I asked about the blanket. It arrived within an hour later and was in a dry cleaning bag, which we appreciated. Overall the space was comfortable for 7, however, they only have 6 chairs at the table, so we had to use one of the bar stools which was not convenient or comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, but the beaters for the electric mixer did not fit in the mixer. They did provide 3 humidifiers. Lighting was also limited to table lamps for all the rooms, which made it a little dark. The condo was a short 5 minute walk to the American Eagle lift and they did provide locks/keys for two ski lockers on the first floor. The washer/dryer were also on the first floor. We were able to use a credit card to pay for those, but missed having the units in the condo. The hot tub was indoors on the first floor. Fairly large and comfortable, but missed being outside. Overall, we were comfortable in the unit and would rent there again. The location was really good and close to everything, including the Ski Breeze for equipment rentals, which were 25% off with renting the condo. This being said: this is condo is a bit dated and is certainly not the "Ritz-Carlton" - but we were comfortable and got a good nights sleep. This condo is a 5-star VALUE. Stayed Jan, 2019 Clean, roomy and great location This was a really nice condo - the bed setup was perfect and the mattresses were comfortable. Only issue was not enough pots, several lids, but only 2 usable pots. There was lots of room for people to sit and hang out, very nice. It was a bit warm and had to open the windows, even though it was cold outside. We had the heat off, but being on the 5th floor, and the afternoon sun, it got hot in the evenings. Room set up was great, the hot tub was large and very nice. Ski lockers were quite helpful. Staff was wonderful, answered all our questions and helped us have enough supplies. There were humidifiers, but I had to clean them - so that is why I only gave 4 stars - lack of pots and the condition of the humidifiers. The rest was awesome. tatnai b.
