There are reasons why customers become repeat customers...they have a great overall experience. SkyRun has consistently provided excellent rental experiences at competitive prices, and that's aside from their nice loyalty discounts. Paul has assembled a team of employees who are superior in the sensitive discipline of top notch customer service. We've interacted with several of his team and each person has been consistently excellent in every respect, from Reservations, Check-in, After-hours and Maintenance. On the few occasions we've encountered even the slightest of a concern, Paul's team responded promptly and effectively. Having worked in myriad leadership roles in multiple industries, I am hypersensitive to customer service and know what 'good' customer service looks like in practice, and esp. what it takes to front a team that delivers top notch customer service. SkyRun is the example to be followed. We come back to SkyRun because they are so great to work with from end to end, and they offer economically competitive rentals.
