An inviting main floor master bedroom has a queen bed. The second upstairs bedroom has a king-size bed, and the third upstairs bedroom has two twin beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and large living room complete with a flat-screen TV. A lovely river stone gas fireplace will warm you after a long day of skiing or riding. The living room also has a pull-out queen-size sleeper sofa and a twin pull-out sofa. You can ski in to the west end of Wheeler House, with groomed trails leading to the back door. It is a short walk to the Super Bee high-speed 6-person chairlift, which takes you 2,000 vertical feet up to the top of the mountain. Be skiing or riding Colorado powder in minutes! The Super Bee chairlift accesses intermediate and advanced terrain. To access West Village and beginner terrain, take advantage of the free "Copper Coach" shuttle service. The Copper Coach will pick you up from the condo and take you anywhere in Copper Mountain—just give them a call. Another option is to walk to the bus stop in front of Copper Station. The bus comes by every 5–10 minutes during the ski season and will take you to either Center or West Village. Underground parking is available for one vehicle in the secured garage. Another vehicle can park in the parking lot in front of the condo. Overflow parking is available in the North Alpine Lot for an additional charge in the winter; summer is free. There is also a communal BBQ grill on the back side of the building. In the summer, enjoy live music in the village and a round of golf at the Copper Creek Golf Course. For families, Copper offers summer activities such as miniature golf, go-carts, horseback riding, bungee jumping, bumper boats, and much more. Stayed Mar, 2023 Perfect Copper Mountain Condo for skiers We have been skiing Copper since the '70s and now bring our kids and grandkids skiing. Wheeler House is an excellent location, this unit is well stocked, easy ski access to and from the mountain with luxurious heated parking. We were very impressed with SkyRun as a management company. The kitchen was well-laid out and well-stocked. The fireplace mechanism worked very well. Having the added patio gave lots more storage space. It was easy to unload our vehicles with the help of luggage carts. Twin bedroom could use some updating, especially the lighting. The overhead light and bedstand lamp are on the same plug-in so one or the other is off. But other than that, the condo is wonderful! It is close to Super Bee lift, and only a 10-15 min walk to Central Village where there is plenty to entertain kids who are not skiing. The bathrooms were clean but the toilet paper was very cheap and thin. Overall it worked out well for us. I just wish I would have brought my own TP. Ann Stayed Apr, 2022 Spacious Comfortable Stay Loved our stay here. Condo is very spacious, beds are comfortable and kitchen is pretty well stocked. The covered balcony was great for extra storage space and a place to keep our snowboards. Only downsides are no amenities like hot tubs or work out area. And there was not a pizza cutter ? Convenient indoor parking.Stop for the shuttle bus to Center Village and West Village is a four minute walk. Beds could use an update but some had mattress toppers and they werent awful. Great communication with on site rental management. Parking was great and gated. No wait for elevators. Easy walk to bus. Walking distance to Green Acres (bunny slope) and Super bee lift. Super bee is a more advanced lift however with no greens or easy blues. Although the space is not super updated in terms of decor it was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The vaulted ceiling makes the space feel very open. The bed arrangement was also perfect for two couples, along with a dad and teenage son using the room with two single beds. The gas fireplace was very easy to turn on and use. The large dining table was great to gather around for meals and games. Parking access in the garage meant easy unpacking with an elevator to the 3rd floor and easy to pack things back up at the end of the stay. Accommodations for extra vehicles are also available in a surface lot at the building. A short walk to the Super Bee chair and you can essentially ski all the way back to the condo. The staff at SkyRun was also responsive and friendly. The only very minor item to point out is that there was not an HDMI cable connected on any of the TVs. Soif you intend to do any streaming from a computer or gaming console bring your own HDMI 🙂 We would definitely stay here again! Host's response: Thanks, Nick for the nice review.
