✔We provide dish washer pods but we do not provide laundry soap.
✔Pets are allowed but please do not allowed them on the furniture. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. Well behaved cats and dogs. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will be ranging from $50-$150 depending on the duration of your stay.
✔Please be aware that for stays longer than 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will incur an additional fee. This helps us ensure the property remains in excellent condition throughout your stay..
