✔Please note only one car parking is provided and we register the cars to avoid towing.
✔We provide dish washer pods but we do not provide laundry soap.
✔Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.
✔Well behaved cats and dogs. Note PET FEE.A pet fee will be ranging from $50-$200 depending on the duration of your stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.
✔Please be aware that for stays longer than 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will incur an additional fee. This helps us ensure the property remains in excellent condition throughout your stay..

Review

Great location, could walk to various restaurants and stores. One of my only complaints is how loud the neighbors are on some days, so it makes it difficult to fall asleep. Other than that, comfortable beds!

- Pro's out-weigh the Cons - Lots of traffic and airplane noise all hours of day and night. Front bedroom has blinds but light from the gas station across the street seep through. With a sleep mask and ear plugs, everything was great. Beds are very comfortable! Location is very convenient. Parking is TIGHT, if you have a big vehicle be prepared to make many adjustments so that you're able to get in & out of your vehicle without bumping into another car. We had 5 girls staying and there was no full length mirror. Not a huge deal, but would've been nice. Also, no extra pillows or blankets anywhere. Check out could not have been easier.

The location of the Airbnb is great, but unfortunately the apartment is very noisy. I thought the neighbors from upstairs were walking in my bedroom.

This place is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Close to the strip, restaurants, so much more. The beds were super comfy. This place is way too cute for words. Hosts were super great as well. Parking is tight but you can make it work. Will def stay again here.

My family and I had a great time staying at the Airbnb in Dallas. It was a last minute booking and the host was super accommodating! The Airbnb was conveniently located to a lot of our stops and decorated very nicely!
