On the second floor, you'll discover the rooftop terrace where you can delight in wonderful views and relax in the ample seating area. unwind in this serene space that will ensure you to come back!

We offer an easy self-check in process; no human interaction. The Penthouse, private garage, and rooftop is exclusively yours without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Additional:
-This penthouse offers two parking spots. One covered and one uncovered
-Please note that during check-in, the Security guard will request identification from the person named in the reservation.
-Kindly note that our check-out time is at 10:00 AM, and check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these timings.
-A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request, and an additional fee may be applicable. 
-We allow well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay for 30 day stays) Note PET FEE. Shorter stays are $50 per pet per stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.

Please be aware that for stays longer than 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will incur an additional fee. This helps us ensure the property remains in excellent condition throughout your stay.

We came for a cheer competition at the convention center. We chose this place due to the location and ability to accommodate our large family. Everything went smooth, we had no issues. The place was really cute and comfortable. We were not in the place more than to sleep and get ready for the day, but it was perfect for us.

I booked this venue to celebrate an anniversary with my long time gf. Also, had plans of proposal on the rooftop.I let Amaica and Skyrun know early on and she was supportive in the entire process. Go to check out the venue in advance and everything was great. The spiral staircase leading to the rooftop view looking over down town was perfect.Skyrun and Amaica was a 100/10 in terms of responsiveness and flexibility. Would book with Skyrun again

Great place, looks exactly like the pictures. tvs are great, beds are great, rooftop is awesome (maybe a little more seating for upstairs), kitchen was awesome to have and coffee every morning. Hosts were amazing with allowing early check in and late check out.

We had a great time at Skyrun! The only issue was the bed in the room attached to the roof deck was broken even after adjusting the slats several times, but everything else was fantastic. Great customer service and excellent accommodations. If you're looking to travel to Dallas, book far in advance for an even better deal.

The penthouse is amazing with beautiful rooftop views! The place was clean and comfortable. We had 6 people and the space was perfect for us. Room enough to move about and the 3 bathrooms was very handy. The closet room was big and the 4 people used it for their suitcases and dressing room. The liaison from Sky Run was the best Ive ever experienced. The person was so accommodating and always responded quickly. Thank you so much to this person!!!We would definitely stay here again!

I booked this stay for a bachelor's party weekend and we absolutely loved it! Our favorite part definitely had to be the rooftop deck that was nice to enjoy, especially once the sun went down. The place was super clean and spacious. The upstairs bedroom was super convenient and cozy with its own bathroom/shower. Loved this stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to hang out in Dallas. 10/10 would definitely book again!
