-Please note that our property does not have garage parking. We offer parking within the community, as well as street parking, both of which operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
-This home is NOT Pet Friendly
-Kindly note that our check-out time is at 10:00 AM, and check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these timings
-A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request, and an additional fee may be applicable.
-Please note that there is a ring camera in the front door and one in the back of the garage and street parking only.
-Please be aware that for stays longer than 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will incur an additional fee. This helps us ensure the property remains in excellent condition throughout your stay.

host was great. we did have a small issue with fruit flies but the host sent pest control out the same day and took care of the problem. location is great, perfect spot for a girls weekend out.

The place is excellent and we are highly recommend here! The host always responses us very quickly and kindly. Thanks for all your help! And theres a fantastic restaurant bar just near the house, just 4 to 5 minutes walk near the house. The house is 4 minutes to downtown attractions. We had a very great time here!
