THINGS TO KNOW
-There is a two car garage available for our guest as well as street parking please note we do not provide a garage clicker and the garage will need to be open from the inside

Pets:
Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay ). Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.

-Kindly note that our check-out time is at 10:00 AM, and check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these timings

-A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request, and an additional fee may be applicable.

Please note that there is a ring camera in the front door and a camera in the outside by the garage.

Please be aware that for stays longer than 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will incur an additional fee. This helps us ensure the property remains in excellent condition throughout your stay.

Please be aware that the Jacuzzi and the fireplace are not amenities as they are not functional. 

Consumables:
We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and dish detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills.

The Holland Home

I have stayed at The Holland Home many times over the last few years. We come in to Dallas to work and 3 of us share this house. It is very relaxing, quiet and comfortable. We love how we can come into the garage and close the door and enter the house, it feels very safe. We like the location near so many of our favorite restaurants. Thank you for having it always clean.

Holland Home

Stayed at this home while attending my granddaughter’s graduation from college. Both location and house were perfect for our needs. Amaica was very helpful making sure we enjoyed our stay. She was also instrumental in processing change from Vrbo to Skyrun without any issues.

Spacious and Elegant

Holland House is even more spacious than it looks in the photos. Comfortable beds and furnishings, clean, uncluttered, well-appointed, it has everything you would want in a rental accommodation. However, the modern staircase of marble and steel is definitely not toddler-proof nor would it be suitable for people with mobility challenges.
