Additional house notes to be aware of:
-There are two fobs and an extra key in the kitchen drawer. Tenants are responsible for a $100 replacement fee for each lost key
-Hurricane doors are difficult to open and close; they should be left cracked open, as that is easier.
-Tenants cant open the front door and the patio at the same time - it is dangerous (front door to unit may slam extremely hard due to wind suction force)
-The fan must be on while cooking because the alarm is sensitive
-Tenants must follow the association's instructions in the hallways: dry completely before walking the hallways, and ladies must wear beach cover-ups while men must wear tops
-The tenant must cover the couches in the family room at all times (there are covers in the walk-in closet). Both couches are sleeper sofas
