Please note there is no parking on the road, and street parking violations are strictly enforced, leading to towing. The property includes a 2-car garage and space for 2 more vehicles or larger Suvs in the driveway.

Park and Ride Convenience: Leave your vehicle at the Richardson Flats Park and Ride to have the free Park City Bus handle the driving for you. No need to wait in line or pay for parking at the resorts. Starting on December 10th, 2023, buses will run on a 20-minute frequency, with service hours from 6am to 11pm. The bus will transport you directly to the Main Street Transit Center (6 Silver).

There are also direct skier buses for Deer Valley Ski Resort (8 Brown) and Park City Mountain (7 Grey) which will run from 6am- 11pm and take you from the Park and Ride to the Ski Resort Base Areas. The park and ride location is just 7.2 miles away.

Awesome rental!

We had a party of 6. Plenty of room. Well furnished. Good bit of wear and tear on carpets. But overall a very nice place.*Our entrance codes did not work when we arrived and that took a minute to get someone on the line to give new codes. The downstairs was extremely chilly but we used the fireplace to warm things up and it did the job.* Enjoyed the hot tub also, however it did need adjustment during our stay. Good location to the Gondola for Deer Park. And wasn’t a bad drive to Park City at all.

Review

This duplex was surprisingly very spacious and felt like it was more of an free standing home. There was never any noise disturbances from the adjacent unit. I loved the set up with pool table, poker table and hot tub being on the bottom floor because the men stayed up late and the other guests could never hear them. I will say one downside to the home was the hot tub. After a couple of uses, a few of our guests got folliculitis which is treatable with antibiotics so we stopped using it. SkyRun was very prompt and responsive when I told them of this and had someone come check the chemical level. Despite that, I would still stay here again. The location was also very good. A short drive to Park City and about 35 minutes to Salt Lake. Compared to other homes, this was was reasonably priced too.

Perfect getaway for our family

This was a perfect rental with so much to do for a large family. We had 4 couples and 1 two year old the layout of the house have everyone their own space. The downstairs, bar area, pool table, poker table and were great to give plenty of room for fun! We loved the free rentals and activities that came with it too!

This home is spacious and comfortable. We had 9 adults in our group and there was plenty of room to spread out or come together. It was immaculately clean which was extremely important to us. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are memory foam, and the hot tub was really fun. There are lots of options for TV just not cable. Sky Run is great at communicating information and responds quickly to texts. Check in was very simple. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay-cation!!!

My kids are getting older and busier so this year we decided to just do a short stay-cation (we live in the Salt Lake Valley, just 45 minutes away). This home was perfect in every way. It accommodated our large family with room to spare. Perfect location for activities we planned in Park City, Heber and on Jordanelle. It was stocked with all our kitchen needs. The basement was a perfect place for our teens to stay up late and bond while our grand baby slept peacefully upstairs. It was clean and comfortable and just right!!! The property management were easy to get a hold of with any questions and even left us a welcome basket. Thank you for a great time!!!

Lovely Stay

What a great place to stay! The home was beautiful, with high end appliances and plenty of space to spread out. We attended a virtual conference while there, and the streaming capability was very good. We loved the fireplaces, hot tub, and pool table. Beautiful townhome with great amenities

We had a great stay at this townhome. We rented over Thanksgiving, so it was important that we had a kitchen that could handle Thanksgiving dinner. The double oven and gas range were perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. And it was an easy drive into Heber for grocery shopping. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was great to have after skiing and after turkey.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this luxurious condo. We found it to be very clean and accommodating. The downstairs living room/ game area kept us entertained for hours and the hot tub was great for relaxing. The kitchen was better equipped than any other place Ive previously stayed. I have to honestly say that the only thing I found to be lacking is a second hot water heater. My friends, family and I will definitely return and will look for Sky Run managed properties next time we are in the Park City area.

Out of town, but still close by.

Great property with fun activities to keep us entertained in the house. It was nice to get away from the crowds swarming downtown Park City during Sundance, but still only a 12-15 minute drive.

Overall our stay here was fantastic!

Our group had a great time renting out this house! Its a 4 minute drive to the Jordanelle Gondola which has a parking lot and Deer Valley guest shuttle. We had a great timing skiing on the mountain and then would apres at the St. Regis - you just have to hit mountaineer lift by and ski down Jordanelle. Avoiding the traffic to and from the slopes was awesome. Its also super easy and quick (15 mins) to get downtown, if youre driving. Ubers were hard to get out in that area. Our group just stayed in and cooked, played games, etc. I would say this place does not sleep 14 as advertised. Its really 12 max and thats with 6 people in a bunk room including 2 on pretty flat trundle bed mattresses. I would say 8-10 adults comfortably. Two king bedrooms, 1 queen and 1 bunk room. The owner/manager was incredibly responsive, helpful and timely. We requested some extra pillows, blankets and towels - for the hot tub, and they were delivered the very next day. The kitchen is pretty limited - just enough plates and silverware. The place could really use new cutting boards, baking sheets and knives. But overall it had everything we could need including a crock pot and its a great value. Thanks for having us!

We were more than impressed with the Townhome.

There were 8 of us for a golf vacation. It perfectly suited all 8 of us. Additionally, off the golf course we wanted to continue our competitive spirit, so the townhome had a pool table and card table. Also, having the hot tub was critical after playing36 holes per day. Lastly, there was a space behind the townhome that allowed us to play cornhole too. All in all we were very pleased and would highly recommend this place.

Ski Races

Very nice vacation home in the Wasatch Back/Heber Valley. The property has many nice amenities which make it great for an extended stay. The only drawback was the plowing of the road by the county during an abnormal snow storm our last night delayed our departure a couple of hours.

Great property, great location

Really enjoyed our stay here. Worked well for 2 families ( which included 5 teenagers). Well appointed with everything needed. Short drive into downtown but really loved how close it was to the deer valley jordanelle gondola (made getting on the slopes very easy and less time consuming than going to the front of deer valley slopes). My only complaint was the basement did stay VERY cold despite trying to turn off the upstairs fireplace and running just the downstairs one...we could never get this to work and we especially hated having to turn off the upstairs fireplace. WE had a large crowd so being able to utilize both at same time would have been great. Only other complaint was the house sound system...could never get this to work despite the instructions given at check in. Would have really enjoyed this feature. Overall though great place...would definitely stay here again ( but would hope these 2 small issues were resolved prior to our next visit)
