We would definitely come back. The house location is a perfect. It's an easy 10min walk to restaurants and the beach. Once you arrive there really is no need to drive anywhere. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The house was clean and well cared for. The pool is also right in front of the house.

5 out of 5! Only downfall they wouldn't turn the air down below 72 so it was a little warmer than we'd of liked. Would definitely stay here again! Beds were so comfy, lots of room for all 8 of us! Back patio was fun to sit on & the bikes were an added plus. We rode them everyday! House was clean as a whistle & gorgeous!

Absolutely fantastic stay - the house was perfect for our family. The bedroom on the first floor or was great for my elderly parents since there were no stairs and a walk in shower. The bedroom and furniture was perfect, tons of stuff for the kitchen, lots of blankets and throws (which is often overlooked), great gear for the beach and bikes were wonderful to ride around the towns. Pool was too cool to use but distance to beach was lovely.

Nice House; Great Location; Amazing Memories on 30A

Everything about this family-friendly house made our stay easy and relaxing. From the comfortable beds to the en suite bathrooms to the great kitchen and spacious floorplan, the house accomodated our group of varying ages with ease. The first floor bedroom was a game changer and made it easy for the grandparents to join us on our vacation. The beach chairs, boogie boards and the wagon were fantastic! Pool across from the house was great for evenings and using during the two red flag beach days. Having the beach restaurants and shops so close made for tons of fun and good memories for all!

Great Place; Great Location; Relaxing Stay

This home is clean, modern and in a great location with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom which is a luxury when you are sharing the house with lots of people. The kitchen had everything we needed. The inclusion of four bikes, beach chairs and a beach wagon were nice and thoughtful touches. We enjoyed sitting outside at night with around the fire table. An easy 8 minute walk to the beach with ample sidewalks. We really loved Shunky Gulley Bar right across 30A from the beach access and Publix is maybe 10 minute drive, so easy to stock up on groceries. We would definitely stay here again!
