Cajun Fun is a cozy, quaint one-bedroom first-floor end-unit condo featuring comfortable furnishings, thoughtful décor, and a spacious layout designed for a relaxing beach getaway. Enjoy an extra-large deck overlooking the Par-3 golf course. With all the amenities Sandpiper Cove has to offer, this unit is the perfect home base for your Destin getaway. You will find a tastefully decorated living space welcoming you and your family as you enter the condo. This space provides comfortable seating with a flat-panel TV to sit back and relax after a long day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped to handle whatever dish your heart desires, including a stove, oven, microwave, and full-size refrigerator.

As you move through the living space toward the bedroom, you will find a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and single vanity. Just past the bathroom is a second vanity with plenty of space for two guests to get ready for a night out. A walk-in closet provides ample storage for your belongings. The comfortable bedroom features a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress and a flat-panel TV. Returning to the living area and stepping outside, you'll discover an oversized deck where you can relax in the coastal breeze and enjoy peaceful views of the on-site Par-3 golf course.

OTHER AMENITIES and OUTDOOR
Sandpiper Cove offers a variety of resort amenities where guests can enjoy a stress-free escape, including access to five swimming pools, six lighted tennis courts, and private beach access with a relaxing tiki hut for refreshments. Guests also enjoy complimentary use of the private Par-3 golf course, along with access to a boat ramp, marina, two on-site restaurants (Louisiana Lagniappe and Rick's Crab Trap), and 24-hour security. Additional shared common areas provide opportunities to grill, picnic, play yard games, or simply relax and enjoy the coastal atmosphere.

COMMUNITY and BEACH
Enjoy exclusive access to Sandpiper Cove's private beach, where you can relax on Destin's famous sugar-white shoreline and take in the emerald waters of the Gulf. The beach is just a short and safe walk from the condo and features a seasonal beachside tiki hut for refreshments. Guests can also take a boat ride to dining establishments along the Destin Harbor or spend the day soaking up the sun on the resort's private stretch of beach. Beach chair and umbrella service are not included with this property but may be purchased directly through Sunset Beach Services.

DINING and SHOPPING
With plenty of shopping nearby, you'll have no shortage of opportunities to find the perfect souvenir or enjoy time away from the beach. The condo is a short drive from HarborWalk Village, where you'll find unique shops, waterfront restaurants, and live entertainment. Just a few miles away, Destin Commons offers popular national retailers, a movie theater, and additional dining options. From arts and culture to eco-tourism, shopping, spas, fishing charters, and exceptional dining, Destin offers something for everyone.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Guests are provided with fresh bed linens and bath towels, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes cookware, utensils, and essential appliances. A starter set of supplies is also included, such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, body wash, and laundry and dishwasher detergent. For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed.

PARKING
There are plenty of free self-parking spaces available throughout Sandpiper Cove Resort. You can conveniently park your vehicle and easily walk to all resort amenities. Parking is limited to two vehicles.

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN
There is no physical check-in for this property. Guests will receive an email and text notification seven days before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for self-check-in and check-out.

• The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be present for the entire duration of the stay. ID is required at the security gate for age verification.
• This is a pet-friendly unit, allowing guests to bring one dog up to 30 pounds or two small dogs up to 20 pounds each for a $150 plus tax fee per pet. A $10 per pet resort fee is also collected by Sandpiper Cove upon arrival.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Resort amenities and services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued by resort management or the HOA without prior notice.
• Mail and package delivery to the unit is not available, as mailbox keys are not provided. Please arrange deliveries to an alternate address.

My son and I enjoyed our three night stay. The condo has efficient space for two people, was clean, and was as pictured in the listing. The king size bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. I especially enjoyed sitting on the back porch, walking around the neighborhood, and being able to drive across and park right by the beach. We were thankful for the two beach chairs that were provided. I love the sandpiper cove neighborhood and feel it is in a good area of Destin; we never had to even go more than a half mile from our condo during our stay. We would rent again and will definitely be back.

We loved the time there. Closed to the beach (private entry).
Just a suggestion: in my case that I used the sofa bed you should replace it the little mattress topper.

Overall it was a nice cozy place and we are definitely coming back.

Wonderful vacation rental

This condo was perfect for our 4 night stay at the beach. It was walking distance to the private beach and was close to everything. Great restaurants along the harbor. Chad was amazing at getting back to us with anything we needed. A must stay place in Destin!

May Getaway

We always stay at Sandpiper Cove but it was our first time staying in Cajun Fun. It was warm and cozy. Furniture was very comfortable. Loved the bed!!!! The refrigerator confused us with the door opening but got use to it. Will be staying at Cajun Fun again!

Very nice condo

Great location, very clean. The only reason would not stay again is because the bed is up do high - very hard to get in. I am 5' 10" and it was not easy to get in. If they get a step latter with two or three steps it would work well for anyone.

Very pleasant vacation

Holiday Isle Condo

A couple of issues (nearly clogged tub and wet towels in washing machine on our arrival) keep me from giving a perfect 5 star review. Otherwise, property was as described in the listing and property manager was responsive. Location is great for nearby restaurants. Beach is within walking distance.

Good vacation in Destin Beach

The condo rental is exactly as described. It could use some updating, but a decent rental. The back deck, which is very spacious, gets no sun though. It would have been nice for morning coffee. As listed, it is, right on the golf course. We didn't realize there would be golfers all day long right outside our door, and deck. We did notice some roaches and contacted sky run, they said it was up to the resort to exterminate and would let them know. Beaches , and sand piper cove were very nice. Over all it was a nice place. I would recommend it for only a couple though, a bit small for more than that.

BEST DECISION YET!!!!

Our first family vacation and even though we had rainy weather it was the best ever!!!! The place was great and we were super happy it had a washer and dryer to keep our stay nice and neat. Management was great and no complaints. If you’re thinking about it… just do it! We will be back for sure!

This one felt like a place where they're trying to save up for repairs and updates (which it definitely needs) or they simply didn't care and were pinching pennies. I really hope it's the first one. It was almost like we were borrowing it from like a second Aunt who never sees the place or worries about it. Overall, the location is great. Sandpiper Cove is amazing and now my wife wants a place there! However, this stay wasn't super clean, everything seemed pretty old and dated, and we were missing some of what I'd figure are easy ways to stand above the rest. We didn't have an oven glove or vacuum, which would've been nice to have too, since we had 11 days there. When we requested resolution of a particular problem, we were at first dismissed by management and not really offered a solution until we pressed. Get whatcha pay for, I suppose.

This was a good place for couples and small families. It has a private access to the beach but the unit is at the back of the complex. The complex has a snack bar/bar on the beach. There are chairs and umbrellas at the beach available for rental.

This place was definitely top notch! I received a call the minute I booked & Edgar was only a call away during our trip. Were frequent travelers & this place was the cleanest, most well equipped place weve ever stayed. The condo was described very accurately. It is situated in the middle of a golf course with sliding doors that allow viewing. Owner sent incorrect number in email for communication, which delayed responses. Refrigerator is extremely tight fit. We had problems with making sure the door got properly closed several times. Great location, great value!

Cozy place

It's a cozy little place. It's a little older, but it did the job for us! It was right next to a pool which was great for my toddler and it was next to the beach which was awesome. It also had a boating dock which allowed our friends to pick and drop us off. We enjoyed staying at this condo. :)! It was clean and they provided a small starter kit with a small laundry detergent and other necessities. Edgar was easy to get in contact with and he was a great communicator.

We have stayed here three years in a row and always enjoy it. The condo is very clean and close to proximity to all major attractions in Destin. We are allowed to bring our two little dogs, which makes it a true family vacation. Will continue to always stay with them.

We had a great time in this apartment. I do recommend this place to everyone. Apartment is clean and had enough space for us (2) plus outside place for our dog ( she is used to be outside so this is what we were looking). Edgar is a really nice person and did everything to make sure we had a great time at his place. You can play golf, tennis and use pools. Beach ( a wonderful one) is right in front of the condo. The only thing is you get some bugs in destin so make sure you take some repellent!

This is an excellent location with great beach access! The on-site restaurant is delicious. There are also several nice pools and golfing. The unit is a little outdated, but has a nice patio and all I needed for an enjoyable beach vacation.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was perfect for our family of 4, and it had everything we needed. Everything was nice and clean, the pools were well kept, and the surrounding guests were all very quiet. The beach was right across the street, and we were minutes away from all the local attractions. They allowed us to bring our dog, which really made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back!
