Cajun Fun is a cozy, quaint one-bedroom first floor condo that has recently been repainted and brand-new furniture installed throughout. Enjoy an extra large deck overlooking the par 3 golf course. With all the amenities Sand Piper Cove offers, this unit can spice up your vacation! You will see a tastefully decorated living space welcoming you and your family as you enter the condo. This space provides comfortable seating with a flat-panel TV to sit back and relax after a long day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped to handle whatever dish your heart desires, including a stove, oven, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. As you go through the living space to the bedroom, you will have a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combo and single vanity. Just past the bathroom, there is a second vanity with plenty of space for two to get ready to hit the town. You will see a walk-in closet to the left with enough storage space for all guests. To the right of the vanity, you enter the bedroom where you will find a newly decorated space with a king-size bed, a memory foam mattress, and flat-panel TV. Returning to the living space and out the back door, you will see an oversized deck to relax and enjoy the salty air or peacefully watch the golfers stroll through the on-site Par 3 course. OTHER AMENITIES and OUTDOOR Sandpiper Cove has several amenities at the resort where guests can enjoy a stress-free escape, including access to 5 swimming pools, 6 lighted tennis courts, and private beach access with a relaxing tiki hut for drinks. There is also a private Par-3 golf course which is free of charge for guests to enjoy, a boat ramp and marina, 2 restaurants (Louisiana Lagniappe; Rick's Crab Trap), and 24-hour security. There are other shared common areas where guests can grill, picnic, play yard games, or relax in the breeze. The only reason would not stay again is because the bed is up do high - very hard to get in. I am 5' 10" and it was not easy to get in. Stayed Mar, 2022 Good vacation in Destin Beach The condo rental is exactly as described. It could use some updating, but a decent rental. The back deck, which is very spacious, gets no sun though. It would have been nice for morning coffee. As listed, it is, right on the golf course. We didn't realize there would be golfers all day long right outside our door, and deck. We did notice some roaches and contacted sky run, they said it was up to the resort to exterminate and would let them know. Beaches , and sand piper cove were very nice. Over all it was a nice place. I would recommend it for only a couple though, a bit small for more than that. Bobby S. I really hope it's the first one. It was almost like we were borrowing it from like a second Aunt who never sees the place or worries about it. Overall, the location is great. Sandpiper Cove is amazing and now my wife wants a place there! However, this stay wasn't super clean, everything seemed pretty old and dated, and we were missing some of what I'd figure are easy ways to stand above the rest. We didn't have an oven glove or vacuum, which would've been nice to have too, since we had 11 days there. When we requested resolution of a particular problem, we were at first dismissed by management and not really offered a solution until we pressed. Get whatcha pay for, I suppose. Apartment is clean and had enough space for us (2) plus outside place for our dog ( she is used to be outside so this is what we were looking). Edgar is a really nice person and did everything to make sure we had a great time at his place. You can play golf, tennis and use pools. Beach ( a wonderful one) is right in front of the condo. Everything was nice and clean, the pools were well kept, and the surrounding guests were all very quiet.
