ACCOMMODATIONS: Modern elegance meets coastal casual at Gulf Coast Getaway. Step into this modern coastal cottage boasting an open, single-story floor plan with lake views in one of Santa Rosa Beach's most desirable neighborhoods. Stay in and whip up dinner in this fully stocked cook's dream kitchen featuring ample marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Enjoy your culinary creations then maybe grab the group for game night in the adjacent dining area that seats 6.

The Florida weather means you will be outdoors and the screened back deck overlooking the lake makes the ideal spot for cocktails or dining al fresco. When it is time to retreat for the night, choose between the primary bedroom with en-suite and king-size bed or the second bedroom fitted with a queen-size bed and adjoining bathroom. Both rooms have smart TVs and memory foam mattresses. Two queen pullout couches in the living room round out the sleeping options.

Additional conveniences include a full-sized washer/dryer, free WiFi, parking for two cars, and numerous preloaded television apps to elevate your stay.

COMMUNITY: Upscale Highland Parks sits on Scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach within a short walk to eateries such as Blue Mountain Beach Bakery, Blue Mountain Creamery, and Blue Mabel Smokehouse. A wide exercise path meanders along 30A. Head out to the adjacent forest preserve for scenic biking and hiking. When you're ready for the water, beach access is just 4 minutes away. The home is conveniently located near the stunning community pool (heated during cooler months), which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub, and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story 360-degree observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and Blue Mountain Beach.

BEACH ACCESS: Gulf Coast Getaway and the Highland Parks Community are located approximately 1 mile from the Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access, with restrooms and parking. The Blue Lupine Beach Access is located 0.7 miles away.

DINING and SHOPPING: Gulf Coast Getaway is conveniently located near several area restaurants, including Mimmo's, The Vue on 30A, Pizza by the Sea, The Perfect Pig, Sunrise Coffee Co., Goatfeathers Seafood Market, Cafe Tango, Stinky's Fish Camp, Red Fish Taco, Local Catch Bar and Grill, Shunk Gulley, and Blue Mountain Beach Creamery. Check out Black Bear Bread Company (a local favorite) for house-baked bread and pastries.

PARKING: No vehicles including golf carts are allowed to park on landscaping, grassy areas, empty lots or sidewalks. There is no overflow parking available within the community and parking on the street is strictly prohibited. The neighborhood association employs the use of a Tire Tag system for vehicle booting. With this system, the non-compliant vehicle will have a Tire Tag device placed on the spoke of their vehicle. This device can only be removed by the offending vehicle owner logging onto a website, paying a $195 processing fee and getting the code to remove the device. Instructions for removal will be left with the tagged vehicles.

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN: Our check-in procedure allows you to safely and quickly access the home without interaction from any staff. We will provide you with the detailed information needed before check-in.

THINGS TO NOTE:
1. Sheets & Bath Towels Included. Bring your own beach towels.
2. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking/eating utensils. Bring your own spices and food.
3. Basic Essentials is a starter set only with TP, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Soaps. Depending on your length of stay, you may need more.
4. No pets, no parties, and no smoking of any kind please.

Great stay for our family vacation! Be sure to bring spices and cooking sprays. The house doesn’t come with any. Also be sure to bring laundry detergent if you plan to wash.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the screened in back porch. The grandchildren loved playing out on the porch. We also loved that they had beach chairs, umbrella and wave boards to use. The resort pool was great and loved spending time relaxing at the pool and was a short walk from the house. The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of towels and linens. All in all a great place to stay and we had a great time.

The combination of location and the house were a perfect pairing. The accommodation was extremely clean and is position a short distance from beach. The accommodation had more then enough utensils and utilities making the stay very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed Blue Mountain and this adorable little house. You definitely need a golf cart for getting to the beach and nearby restaurants but that was super easy to do through the company the host recommends! They had the golf cart ready for us at the house upon arrival and picked it up after check-out. The house was clean and super well appointed. We loved the little neighborhood and quaint, laid-back setting of Blue Mountain Beach. We will back for sure! Thanks to the host for being responsive and checking-in during our stay!

Sky Run! Thanks for the great stay! We were in town for a beach wedding and the location was great for beach access in either direction. It was great to see everyone out enjoying the sunshine, exercising, walking or carting to their destinations. Considering our travelers, it was nice that the house is all one level and easily accessible for the less nimble. Decor is stylish, beachy-chic and the house feels spacious! We loved this house! Everything was perfect and better than expected. It had everything we needed and was very cozy. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone that is looking for somewhere to stay in the area. Was close to beach, shops and restaurants. Spring Break 2023

Gulf Coast getaway is exactly as pictured. Very nice home close to the beach but not within walking distance. We had a golf cart which was nice for beach trips and to local places. We did not use the pool, however it was very nice.
If you have kids that want to be in Seaside it is about a 4-5 mile drive. Not bad but not within walking distance.
We enjoyed our stay, and if you don't mind a short drive to the beach it is perfect!

Clean and peaceful area! Nice pool area & pool was heated which was nice because we had a couple cooler days. Condo was also clean and exactly what pictures looked like. We had a bit of trouble getting in-our code didnt get sent to us until an hour after they said it would and I couldnt get ahold of anyone for awhile, but they eventually got back to us & the rest of the stay was very nice!

The house was perfect for a family of 4.Our boys, 12 and 8, loved the pool and hot tub. Fire pit was OOS which would have been great in mid March. We loved the privacy of the back porch with fountain view. 100 % would return!

Beautiful Beach Vacation Home

We loved this house in Santa Rosa Beach! Beautifully decorated, lovely amenities, super clean, and really nice for hanging out on vacation. Easy access location not far from the beach in a quiet neighborhood community. Plenty of kitchen cookware and gadgets for cooking meals. Really nice large screened porch. Highly recommend.

Just Perfect

This is a beautiful up to date modern 2br2 bath house with a screened in back porch. Sweet neighborhood. Will definitely return to this location. Next to ice cream and coffee shop. It was great having a golfCart rented for the week. Highly recommend as parking at beach and restaurants can be few and far between. The renting company especially Elizabeth was great to work with. Perfect place to stay in 30A

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days to escape the midwest for a bit and soak up the last few weeks of summer. The place was more than we could ask for. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was great to hang out in and binge tv on a rainy day and the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. Super close to the beach and away from the noise. Tons of awesome restaurants/bars nearby. Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was great. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved that the pantry area was spacious. The only issue was that the day we arrived the code was not working. I called Skyrun and the response was fairly quick. I was told that the a text was send that same day I arrived but I never received any text. The good thing the new code was given and we were able to unlock the door. We loved taking our night walks in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is nice and quite.Overall our stay was great and will definitely come back.

A little piece of heaven

Beautiful home, perfect for a nice getaway by the beach! The house is nicely decorated and clean so you will feel thee beach vibes as soon as you enter the home. Felt very welcomed with music playing upon entry. I loved enjoying coffee and breakfast on the back porch which is screened in. Nice, quiet neighborhood with a nice pool and amenities to enjoy. A quick walk or ride to the beach and local restaurants. Met lots of nice people throughout my visit.
Owners manual had everything needed for information and recommendations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would love to stay again! Thank you for a lovely stay and a little piece of heaven on 30A!

Lovely place with beautiful furnishings and a really nice feel to the place. The common pool area was great and an added bonus. If you dont hire bikes you will drive everywhere as there is not really any walking distance restaurant. I would stay here again.

Sky Run is a great company and this house is taken care of exceptionally well. Very well appointed and nicely laid out and taken care of. Great presentation upon entering house. Great community pool area to use, look out tower was fun to see the whole area and its half a mile to bike to the beach and some good restaurants and Blue Mountain Bakery. It was a great time and we will return to this area!

The property was exactly as described.

This home was perfect for our family of three (and it would have accommodated a few more), and it was even better than I imagined. It was very clean and well equipped. We loved eating our meals on the covered porch, and the pool area was very nice! We did have some issues with the cable/internet but their communication was excellent and we were able to get it resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend this propertywe will be returning!

Terrific house - immaculate, well-located, spacious, and comfortable. Access was a breeze; communication was excellent. The pool and community amenities are perfect. My kids commented on how safe everything felt and how friendly everyone was. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed, and the house fit my family of five perfectly. (TV's in each of the rooms makes it easy for different bed-times). I highly recommend!
