The Space:

This fifth-floor condo is designed for easy, relaxed living with an open-concept layout that brings everyone together. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. It's easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner. The dining table seats four, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The living room offers a comfortable place to unwind and includes a pull-out sofa that sleeps two, making the condo ideal for families or small groups.

The primary suite provides a quiet retreat with direct access to the private balcony, while the second bedroom includes full-sized bunk beds and its own attached bathroom, giving kids or additional guests a space of their own. The private balcony, accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, is perfect for enjoying morning coffee, sunset skies, and views of the resort pool with a hint of Gulf breeze.

Beach and Dining:
You’re just minutes from the sugar-white sands of Henderson Beach State Park, one of the most popular family-friendly beaches on the Emerald Coast. The resort’s seasonal shuttle makes getting there easy without the hassle of parking.
Nearby dining options include local favorites like The Back Porch and Boshamps Seafood and Oyster House, both known for fresh Gulf seafood and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. For shopping, dining, and entertainment, Destin Commons and HarborWalk Village are just a short drive away and offer a wide variety of options for all ages.

Resort Amenities:
The Palms of Destin is known for its resort-style amenities, making it a top choice for families. The expansive 11,000-square-foot lagoon pool features a zero-entry design, waterfalls, and dedicated splash areas where kids can play while adults relax nearby. There is also a hot tub and plenty of lounge seating for a full day by the water.

Guests can enjoy the convenience of an on-site restaurant and poolside bar, as well as a seasonal shuttle to Henderson State Park beach. Additional amenities include tennis courts, a basketball court, a fitness center, a playground, and open green spaces for kids to run and play. The resort is gated and offers 24/7 security for added peace of mind.

Parking:
Parking in the garage is available for up to two passenger vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. RVs and trailers are not permitted per resort guidelines.

Occupancy:
The maximum occupancy for this two-bedroom unit is six guests.

What We Provide:
Guests are provided with fresh bed linens and beach and bath towels, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes cookware, utensils, and essential appliances. A starter set of supplies is also included, such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, body wash, and laundry and dishwasher detergent. For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed.

Important Notes:
The primary renter must be 25 years or older and present for the duration of the stay. Pets are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony.
