Our private community, Sandpiper Cove, provides stress-free escapes with 5 pools, 6 lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, private beach access with a tiki hut, a free Par-3 golf course, a boat ramp, marina, 2 restaurants, 24-hour security, and shared common areas for grilling, picnicking, games, and relaxation.

Once you enter our coastal-inspired living area adorned with beachy decor. The one-bedroom retreat includes a generously sized king-size bed and a flat-panel TV for your comfort. The bathroom, easily accessible from both the bedroom and living room, exudes modern charm with a full-size tub/shower combo. Indulge in the convenience of our well-equipped kitchen, accented with shiplap walls and elegant white cabinetry. The spacious breakfast bar adds a touch of luxury to your culinary experience. In the main living space, a dining area set for four complements the cozy living room, complete with comfortable seating, a flat-panel TV, and a convenient sofa bed. And don't forget to step out onto the balcony and savor a glimpse of the exclusive Par 3 Golf course, providing a scenic backdrop to your coastal retreat. Experience the perfect blend of comfort and style in this inviting beach-themed getaway.

OTHER AMENITIES and OUTDOOR
Sandpiper Cove has several amenities at the resort where guests can enjoy a stress-free escape, including access to 5 swimming pools, 6 lighted tennis courts, and private beach access with a relaxing tiki hut for drinks. There is also a private Par-3 golf course which is free of charge for guests to enjoy, a boat ramp and marina, 2 restaurants (Louisiana Lagniappe; Rick's Crab Trap), and 24-hour security. There are other shared common areas where guests can grill, picnic, play yard games, or relax in the breeze. This unit includes Free Beach Chair Setup March 1, 2024 - October 31, 2024 (2 chairs, 2 footrests, 1 umbrella).

PARKING
There are plenty of free self-parking spots available at the Sandpiper Cove Resort. You can conveniently park your car and easily walk to all Sand Piper Cove amenities. Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles.

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN
There is no physical check-in for this property. Guests will receive an email and text notification before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for self-check-in and check-out.

Really loved the place. Perfect for me and my two young boys. We were in town for ball, so the beach wasn't the main attraction, but I did sneak down one day and enjoyed the reserved chairs that were included with the room. Place was clean and well decorated. Management company was responsive and accommodating. Gorgeous beach!

I had a fantastic stay at this beach condo! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities I could ask for - everything from a fully stocked kitchen to additional beach chairs and more. Even though it's not beachfront, the beach service being included makes up for that. It really felt like a home away from home.The location was perfect for enjoying the beach and local attractions, and the condo itself was quiet and comfortable - ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. The host was incredibly responsive and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Unit was exactly as pictured. Super clean and decorated beautifully. We felt like no one had ever stayed in it before. Patio furniture was clean as well as the cushions. Kitchen had just what was needed. We would absolutely choose this unit again!

We loved our stay at Sandpiper Cove. Our place was the perfect size for our family of 4. A great location too, very close to restaurants, fun things to do with family, and grocery stores/gas stations. Beach was very close as well. The beach service made it so convenient and we loved being on a private beach. Would highly recommend a stay here. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. The room bed was comfortable but squeaky. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we plan to stay at Sandpiper Cove again!

Spectacular Space & Stay!

Hoosier Holiday is such a peaceful and pleasant place to stay. The beautiful amenities surrounding the condo are the icing on the cake for such a freshly decorated space. I loved waking up to a quiet environment and the friendly people throughout the resort. Bonus - the owners pay for your beach chairs on the private beach for resort guests! Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay!! The condo was so cozy and nicely decorated. The weather was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the chairs and umbrella available to us on the beach. We enjoyed morning and evening walks around the SPC complex. It is such a peaceful and safe environment. We also enjoyed playing on the new pickleball courts. We will definitely be making a return trip.

It was such a cute place to stay at for our vacation! It was a 2-5 minute drive to any place we went including the harbor, restaurants, Walmart, etc. Check-in was super simple. However, I would say that it is necessary to ask for directions for the exact location of this rental because It can be confusing. The security at the entrance of the gated community can help out with that. The chairs and umbrella was so nice to have as a part of our stay. One thing I would say that was not so pleasant was the shower head was not in the best shape. Its not a bad walk to the beach, but they do have a parking lot across the street that they will allow you to use if you have your pass visible if you dont want to make that 10min walk hauling your stuff. NOTICE: if you plan on using the private beach access do not waste your energy carrying a tent. They do not allow them. Overall, my fianc and I loved our stay!

It was very difficult to find once inside. No maps were available and the directions given at check-in were not very clear. The building was at the very back, so be prepared to do a lot of walking going back and forth from the beach. The inside was as described except the television in bedroom didnt have sound.

Cozy little cute condo, had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The beach was about a 10 minute walk but that wasnt a big deal. The bed was comfortable enough for us, which was a huge plus. Would recommend for small groups.

Cozy place

The condo was very nice, had to adjust to the lack of a dresser but we made do. Location was very good. During check in the was some confusion (my fault) about the door code but was worked out fine. All in all a nice place good location.

1st time to Destin and we really were awed at the beauty. Delicious restaurants, Harbor to enjoy, and beautiful beach. The unit we stayed in was nicely decorated and furnished with essentials. We would definitely encourage renting unit and location. Safe, quite and friendly people.

Wonderfully peaceful stay at SPC#2038

What a wonderful vacation! The condo was so clean and nicely decorated. We loved sitting on the back patio in the evenings. We loved the friendly people in the complex. The guards do so well keeping everyone safe. There is great communication with the management company. We loved the chairs and umbrella at the beach for our convenience. The condo is within minutes of many restaurants and stores. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Relaxing Beach Destination

We loved the quiet beauty of Sandpiper Cove. Our condo was even ready early for check-in. When we arrived, the condo was bright and smelled very clean. We loved the decor that was cozy but modern. The pool near the condo was also quiet and so close and convenient.

Each day, we loved how close everything was whether it was shopping, popular restaurants, ans the private beach. Rick's Sandtrap was one of our favorite afternoon spots for a quick drink and snack.

We definitely plan on returning and sending all of our friends and family to check this out!

Home away from home

We were excited to stay at sandpiper cover as I know the owner of the condo that we stayed at and I heard so many nice things. We got there and it was a cozy condo that was private and decorated like we were in a beach home! My boys slept in the pull out couch and they loved it, we got to enjoy the night life by sitting on the balcony feeling the breeze and looking at the stars. The pool, golf court, tennis court was all wonderful and easy to use and enjoy. The beach access was incredible! I appreciate all the effort that was put into giving us a great stay and with it being so close to everything! I would recommend staying and just getting that slice of home away from home.

Lovely

It was a great space for our family! The community was nice and so were all the people. Loved the beach and yes this place provided an umbrella and two chairs, but we brought a canopy and we werent allowed to use it. We also brought a wagon to carry our stuff, cooler, chairs, toys, etc. and there was no ramp down to the beach, so mu strong husband had to carry it down the stairs.Other than that it was great, the only thing missing were coffee filters. 2 packets were provided but i brought my own. I feel if you are going to provied a coffee machine then a package of coffee filters should be left to use. I would definitely come back to visit this place for sure.

Great Stay for Small family.

The condo was the perfect size for my little family (spouse and toddler). The location of the condo to the beach may seem like a far walk with children but we used a wagon and enjoy walks. We also hopped in the car for the 2 min drive across to the other complex. The condo was very clean and had a little bit of everything we might need during out stay. The starter pack of supplies (dish soap, sponges, and coffee) were appreciated as we checked in late in the day. The patio door did not lock during our stay but really was not a big deal to us as we felt secured and there was active presence of security personnel on the property. Everything is conveniently nearby. It was a pleasant stay.

Vacation

Great Stay

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation at the Hoosier Holiday condo. The condo is newly renovated, beautiful and so comfortable! We spent a lot of time on the balcony also, it is shaded most of the day. It has a beautiful view of a putting green and one of the pools. It is a short 5-12 minute walk to the private beach depending on where you are in the Sandpiper Cove community. A beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs are set up and waiting for you! There is parking if you prefer to drive to the beach which is just across the road. We loved the small family community feeling of Sandpiper Cove. We will definitely be returning. ?

Cannot recommend Sandpiper Cove enough. The unit and community was clean, well decorated, and surprisingly quiet.There are multiple pools, hot tubs and even a little golf course throughout the community. We didnt play, but did notice a couple of clubs in the closet!The private beach was wonderful. You access it by crossing the street either by car or on foot and using a code shared with upon arrival.Once there, there are umbrellas and chairs already set up to be reserved. The amount of people and their demeanor was perfect for anyone wanting to just enjoy the ocean. Ricks Sand Trap Beach Bar & Grill is a delicious spot for a drink or bite to eat while youre on the beach, and also has bathrooms & spouts to clean your feet.Two places to eat we highly recommend- Capriccio Caf for their crepes and coffee- Louisiana Lagniappe (inside the community!) for absolutely amazing dinner

The pictures are exactly what the actual condo looks like. Small, but SO cozy! My husband loved the par 3 course, and the available clubs were super convenient! Also loved the games that were available in the room for the rainy days! The location was a little misleading.. youre in the SandPiper condo, but in the very back of the resort. About a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The reserved chairs and umbrella were very convenient and nice quality. Definitely felt very secure, the security guards will all very friendly and answered all our questions. For the boat ride that is described in the listing- you have to contact Destin water taxi and it was super easy. Definitely not $5 though. It was $16 per person for round trip, $8 per person for one way. Overall very happy with our stay! Would definitely recommend!!

The accomadations were warm, inviting, and very clean. Everything looked brand new! We loved the features of the resort, the pools, and the beach.
