The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. This delightful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Nestled in the heart of this vibrant area, this rental offers a perfect blend of convenience and luxury. Just steps away from a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options in Gulf Place, you'll have everything you need for a memorable vacation. Take a short stroll to the nearby beach or relax on the private balcony overlooking scenic Highway 30A. Shunk Gulley's is located right across the street, and several boutique shops like YOLO, Sunrise coffee, and more are just below. There are two beach access points with Ed Walline Regional Beach Access just down the road to the left and private beach access directly across the street.

Located on the second floor, this 1-bedroom condo offers elevator access and a thoughtfully designed open floor plan:

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, ice maker, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, and an island with seating for two.
Living Room: Features a queen sofa sleeper, a 50-inch Smart TV, and access to a spacious balcony with comfortable seating overlooking 30A.
Master Bedroom: Queen bed, 32-inch cable TV, closet storage, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower and single vanity.
Laundry: Includes a front-load washer and dryer.

BEACH ACCESS:
Dedicated beach access is located directly across the street and a public beach access is just down the road at the corner of 30A and 393.

AMENITIES:
Pools & Tennis Courts: Three pools and two tennis courts are available on the property.
Grills: Charcoal grills are located near the pool and tennis courts.
Amenity Passes: Please leave all passes in the condo at check-out to avoid a $30 charge per missing pass.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Linens and Towels: Sheets and bath towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes cookware, utensils, and basic appliances. Bring your own spices and food.
Starter Supplies: We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry/dishwasher detergent, soaps, shampoo, and body wash. For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed.

CONTACT-LESS CHECK-IN
There is an electronic door lock located on the front door. On the day of arrival, you will receive the access code by text message to the phone number on file once the home has been cleaned and inspected. You will receive this code by check-in time.

PARKING:
There is parking available for 2 vehicles. No trailers/boats/motorhomes/RVs allowed. Parking is on a first come, first served basis.

PET POLICY: This property is NOT pet-friendly, and pets are strictly prohibited. If evidence of a dog or any other pet is found on the property or premises, the tenant and their guests will be required to vacate immediately without a refund of rental costs. Additionally, a deep cleaning fee may be charged to the credit card on file.

Great location, super close to the private beach entrance! If you plan to cook in the kitchen, you might want to bring the basics such as salt/pepper/cooking spray. Responsive hosts. Nice balcony/patio area.

We loved everything about our stay with SkyRun! The location was amazing with many coffee shops and restaurants just under us! Parking was not a hassle despite the added spring breakers, and the apartment included all of the necessities and more! We loved walking to the beach and then using the included hot tubs after!

Review

Highly recommend you bring extra toilet paper and your own supply of toiletries. Aside from that, the washer and dryer were perfect. We used them daily especially with the proximity to the beach. We truly loved that and all of the shops and restaurants!! The bed and sheets were comfy. Highly recommend and as a huge plus, the bike rental is right below.

We loved every second of our stay! The place smelled good, it was inviting and very clean. The only problem we encountered was, parking. It was a little tough to find parking most of the time. However, having a little patience helps. The place is gorgeous, the beach across the street was heavenly! All the restaurants were close, a coffee shop below us, ice cream shop, a bakery behind us! ALL were top notch and easy to walk to! We fell in love with the place and will definitely be back!

Review

This is a very convenient location with a nice balcony. I had good overall communication with SkyRun, receiving regular texts and emails. The living room is a nice size and the kitchen was well equipped. Having a washer and dryer in the condo is definitely a plus. The only recommendations I have is another chair and side table in the living room and a darker curtain to block out the entrance lights from the bedroom. Also, the shower needs a shelf for shampoo, etc., and the sliding door by the washer/dryer should be removed since it is ineffective and blocks the shelving. The light switches took some figuring out...kitchen island switch is hidden beside the refrigerator and bedroom switch is by the front door. Would be nice to have some instructions for setting touchscreen thermostat too. Overall, this is a nicely equipped, comfortable condo that is very conveniently located and more than adequate indoor living area and outdoor space. I would stay here again.

Review

Host was very responsive and easy to get in chat with as needed. Directions for private beach access and pools was confusing but after some digging and asking around we figured it out. No beach towels so make sure to bring your own or be prepared to purchase upon arrival. Overall great place to stay and very walkable to lots of great food and views! Highly recommend The Perfect Pig for dinner and Shelbys for drinks. Take a trip over to Rosemary Beach if you have time and check out Pescado and/or Gallions! Both pricey but well worth it. We didnt have a bad experience anywhere we went so go exploring!

Location location location!

I booked this condo for a small girls trip and cannot recommend the location enough. Door to toes in the sand is a 2 minute walk. Mama Tried has a spacious balcony and is located above really cute beach shops, restaurants and a beach and SUP Board rental shop. It was extremely clean and well decorated too!

Just Book It Already

The perfect spot for a girls weekend on 30A! Great location to everything in Santa Rosa, 3 minute walk to beach with option to rent chairs, coffee shop and bike rental directly below, what else do you need!? Oh and the price will beat anything else in the area. Loved chilling on front deck watching the ocean after a day on the beach. Can’t recommend enough.

Overall, we enjoyed our quick stay at this location. It was a great location near shop, restaurants, and the beach access. The beach access was very close and the highlight of the stay. However, we had hard troubles locating the rental and finding our unit. I would make sure before you have to check in that the rental service provided a unit # in advance so there is no confusion. Our rental place was called Mama Tried and a unit number was nearly impossible to locate once booking. With that all being said, we definitely would book again for another quick trip.

Great location near restaurants & beach

Condo was as described online, and had beach access directly across the street. Our only issue was the drain in the bathroom sink did not drain well. We let the property manager know, and they responded that they would have it looked at.

Loved it

Ive stayed in many communities on 30a and this one was just as perfect as the others. You dont have to get in your car for a thing if you dont want to. We walked to Shunk Gulley for live music Friday night, breakfast at The Perfect Pig, grabbed a coffee at the coffee shop, lunch at Shelbys and an amazing dinner at Vue on 30a Saturday night. Cute shops near by too. There is a convenient store in the complex if you forget anything. Perfect little get away for me and the hubby (although we could have comfortably brought our kids along too). Info to know-has a small coffee maker (traditional style). I always like to know this for packing.

There's also a really cool little market in Gulf Place called Steve's back on Spires Lane. It's kind of hidden away, but they have all kinds of stuff like dips, ice, snacks, produce, etc. They're all so nice and helpful in there, I promised I'd mention them in my review! Shelby's is brand new downstairs from the unit for frozen drinks and food, and you're just right down the road from the famous STINKY'S in Dune Allen. They have the actual restaurant and then the bait shack for live music, which is one of our favorites. The best part about this place is that you can literally walk down the stairs to get a coffee, have a sit down meal, beach service that doesn't require you to lift a finger, rent bikes/boards, go on a walk on scenic 30A. YOU NAME IT. Best value we've seen in so long down this way. Jump on it! We'll be back.

Nice stay

Condo conveniently located toBeach, restaurants and entertainment. It is a busy location so can be quite noisy. Surprised there were no clothes hangers in closet.

Awesome Location!

I love this place! The location is perfect, and you can see the water from the living room! Not only is it steps away from the beach, but there are great restaurants and music venues in both directions. Awesome spot for morning walks, coffee dates, and happy hour. Good vibes all around; peaceful atmosphere, big tv for football games, and open living space. You won’t want to leave!

Perfect stay!

Thank you for a perfect stay! Having the true one bedroom directly across from the beach is so convenient. The condo is stocked with everything you need. You can rent chairs and umbrellas for a reasonable fee directly at the bottom of the private beach access, Shunk Gulley liquor and wine is in the complex for the pre-beach cooler pack up, YOLO is directly downstairs for boards and bikes. The unit is on the corner so noise is minimal. We are fans and look forward to returning soon. Clean and cozy! I could live here. Thank you so much.
