ACCOMMODATIONS
As you enter the 4th-floor condo (there are three elevators), you will see a very tastefully decorated condo with abundant natural light. New flooring has just been installed in the main living space and bedrooms! To the right is a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful white hard-surface countertops. A full-size washer and dryer next to the kitchen, including iron and board. On the opposite side of the kitchen is a dining table for four and an additional sitting at the bar for two. As you enter the main living space, there is comfortable seating and a large 55" flat-panel TV. Just to the other side of the living room is a large balcony with ocean views, a lounge chair, and a complete set of tables and chairs to enjoy an outdoor lunch or cup of coffee in the morning. To the left of the living room is the master suite. As you enter the suite, you will find a very spacious walk-in closet and, to the right, a large king-size bed and a 42" flat-panel TV. To the left is a private bathroom with a separate shower, jacuzzi tub, and double vanity sinks. You will find the guest suite in the main living space opposite. As you make your way in, you will see a full-size bathroom with a large standup shower and a single vanity sink. The bedroom is just to the left of the bathroom and has two full-size beds, a flat-panel TV, and open closet space.

AMENITIES AND POOL
Silver Shells, St Lucia, has some of the best amenities of any Beach Resort in Destin. For an additional charge, the full-service spa offers Swedish and European massages combined with hydrotherapy and aromatherapy, facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, body treatments, and hair and nail care. If staying in shape is one of your goals, there are many options: two onsite tennis courts, a large basketball court, and a fitness center. Once you have built up a good sweat, cool off in the large 7,500-gallon Gulf-front lagoon-style pool with waterfalls and whirlpools, a kiddie pool for the little ones, and a large pool deck with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. St. Lucia also has a private pool (heated) and hot tub.

BEACH
Just off the pool area, you will find the boardwalk that leads to the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast with crystal clear waters and fluffy white sand making it a great spot for relaxing the day away. Looking for a tropical drink or a tasty snack? Slide to the Sand Bar Tiki Bar and Grill at the end of the boardwalk near the pool and grab one of their seafood sandwiches, juicy burgers, or tasty salads. And no worries if there is no room for beach chairs and umbrellas in the car. Silver Shells has a beach rental service right on-site (seasonal). From the unit/balcony is a peek-a-boo view of the ocean.

SHOPPING AND DINING
With lots of shopping nearby, you'll have plenty of opportunities to find that perfect souvenir, gift, or a way to spend time away from the beach. The condo is a short drive to the Harborwalk Village, Destin Commons, or Silver Sands Premium Outlet mall in Miramar Beach. You will have no problem finding that special gift with many nationwide brand names, movie theaters, and dining options. Everything you need is nearby, and Destin offers so many different recreational activities that there is something for everyone in the family.

When the hunger bug strikes no need to worry, Destin is full of fabulous restaurants, including The Back Porch, Boathouse Oyster Bar, Dewey Destin Seafood, Boshamps, and Cracklings, to name a few. Great stay. Pretty clean. I'm very very finicky so it could have been a bit cleaner in the kitchen and front entrance. Sofas were pretty dirty also. But overall very nice place pretty clean great location everything was easy.

Close to the beach, loved the pool near by. Lots of restaurants only complaint was the people above us don't know what was happening but lots of screeching sound especially at night, weird noise everything else was great loves the apartment we will be back for sure

We stayed here as we were in Destin for a baseball tournament. The resort had a lot of amenities that make the stay a lot easier. The pool was big and fun for the kids to play in. There is also a tiki bar that serves drinks and small bites. They serve you at the pool and beach. The pool only has umbrellas around the tables at the pool. We were hoping the chairs would have umbrellas too to help stay cool. You cannot set up your own umbrellas at the beach. The chairs were really expensive to rent but you can either rent chairs or walk down the beach and set up an umbrella there. The gym was great! They had a cardio gym with treadmillls, row machine, gym with a lot of options to use. The pickleball courts were a lot of fun. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We wouls stay here again.

This property was clean and accessible. It was in the heart of Destin, close to everything that Destin has to offer. It was close to fun for the whole family. On property you had a choice of several pools, beach access, pickleball, tennis, a gym. For an additional cost you could go to the spa and rent beach chairs and umbrellas. There is a quaint ice cream shop and fun beachside restaurant close enough to walk to. We also ate in several nights with access to a kitchen with most tools required and grills on the patio below. There is some noise from a nearby airport but with all patio doors closed that was minimal. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Getaway in Destin

We enjoyed our stay at Picture Perfect.
We love the location and all the amenities the unit offers.

We have stayed at this property 4 times in the last 2 years. If you have children (we do), the playground and kiddie pools are wonderful.
The grounds are immaculate. Everything is kept very tidy. It is also gated for extra security.
I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we visit Destin. 5 star condo!

Spring break

Overall lovely stay. We called management but never figured out how the tvs worked (March Madness was on) with Samsung+/Direct TV. Im sure there was something simple we missed, but it may be helpful to leave an instruction card in room. We would stay here again, though. Good time!

Beach fun

Very nice. Beautiful view. The property managers gave us the wrong code to get into the building. Called them and left a message around 5pm. They didnt call back for an hour. Check in was 4pm.In the description it says the health club is part of the amenities. It is across the street. Well it is but across a busy street and probably need to drive. Not as close as it sounds. Never went since it seemed a lot of trouble.

Just as Pictured

This property is just as nice in person as it is in the photos! It was very clean and neat. The whole building was nice and quiet and close to everything we needed as far as food and shopping. We could even see the water from the balcony! Communication with the host was very easy and prompt and she was very friendly. We took advantage of Ruths Chris Steakhouse which is right there by the building we stayed in. We actually walked to dinner that night. We will definitely be looking into staying here again the next time we are coming to town! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Picture Perfect Stay

We had such a great stay! Easy check in and out, clean, spacious and great location. Walmart is close by so it made it easy to get groceries for the week. We loved when the restaurant/bar on the beach was open too. We will be back!

Wonderful for any family!

Wonderful! We had an amazing vacation in Destin! This unit exceeded our expectations! Upon arrival the unit was very clean and well prepared for us. There were plenty of extra bedding and pillows for the bedrooms. They also had a vacuum, which is a must for us at the beach. The water did shut off on us one morning and we messaged the property manager who was great to get back to us kindly even though it was our fault for not reading numerous signs about the water system shut off in the building. One of the sensors in the small bathroom was damp and it shut the water off. We called the number and they got it turned back on within 5 minutes. We will definitely check back about booking this unit again before anywhere else on our next trip to Destin! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This resort is the total package

This was our sixth annual family vacation to Destin and the first time staying at Silver Shells. The condo upon entry was clean and welcoming. The only minor downfalls to the condo are the comfortability of the beds, which is subjective, they were very firm; and a few minor stains on the carpet and the furniture. Overall the condo was beautiful and the amenities at the resort create the total package. Our kiddos loved the lagoon pool and the kiddie pool. The adults loved the beach bar which provided poolside and beachside service which was amazing! The condo has a small view of the ocean from the balcony and is a short walk to the beach and the Back Porch which is a must see for dinner. Overall- this is was the best condo we have stayed at in Destin so far!

Family Vacation

We loved staying at this particular unit. Our family has been vacationing at Silver Shells every year since 2013, and stayed in various units. This one was beautifully decorated, clean and one felt right at home. We will definitely try and stay here again.

Great experience overall

We enjoyed the location and property as a whole. Beach was easy access and condo was nice/clean. Only issue we had was getting in initially. The code did not work. Once we secured the fobs, it was fine. Definitely recommend this property for any beach getaway!

Amazing!!!

Amazing condo, in an amazing resort!! Our family of 4 had the best time! The resort was amazing, and everything we needed... short walk to pool, beach, bar & grill. We walked to the Back Porch for dinner. A Walmart is 2 minutes away. My only suggestion, which would not defer me from staying again, is either steam clean the carpet or replace with hardwood!! Can't wait to be back to Destin!

Absolute perfection!
