The lower level of the townhome is also available as a vacation rental (see our Wild Flower listing.) Enter into the open-concept living room, which branches off into the kitchen and dining area on one side and the master bedroom suite on the other. A queen bedroom sits just off the entryway next to a full bath. The washer and dryer are located across the hall. Curl up and watch TV in the living room, which features a gas fireplace and sleeper sofa. SUBMIT Bonnie Bosier Stayed Jul, 2026 Review This condo is in a great location just few minute drive to downtown and about 15-20 minutes from the RMNP depending on traffic. The area was quiet with lots of wildlife nearby! The condo was equipped with everything you need for your stay. The mattress on the pullout couch is smaller and thin as most of them are, so it’s better suited for kids than adults. The other two beds were extremely comfortable! Do note, this condo does not have central AC. Several of the days we were there were quite hot in the upper 80’s however opening all of the windows and using fans brought in great mountain air. We slept with the windows open every night and were never bothered. The back porch is a great place to watch the sunrise up over the mountains and have a cup of coffee. Enjoy your stay!! We used the two-car garage to park our vehicle and the entry code system to get into the unit was easy to navigate. We visited in the summertime, so we slept with the windows open and fans (no AC) without safety concerns, since the windows are all on the second floor. The unit is the upper unit of a two-unit building – each level has its own address. It was a little tricky to find at first. Just make sure to stay to the left when turning right from the main road. There's a small playset that kept my three kids (under 12) entertained for a bit during each day of our stay. It's a communal playset, but they had it all to themselves. Again, the area is quiet! We also played ladder golf on the driveway since that was large and just for us. There's also a lovely 4-mile path that's a short walk from the property. When facing the main street, cross the street and turn right. You'll need to walk a short distance to the start of the walk, but it's definitely worth it. We (2 of us) stayed in Estes for 5 nights. The home was cozy, quiet and comfortable. The place looks exactly like the pictures and was spotless upon arrival. The Airbnb is a 5 min drive to anywhere in downtown Estes and a 15 min drive to RMNP. We went to the park to hike each day and were thankful to have a comfortable space to return to for a nap or afternoon down time. Each night we went for a short drive into town to grab food and a drink - the home is accessible to any and all things Estes Park an RMNP. We saw ALOT of elk during our stay. Located just 5 min from the main city area and still in the midts of nature. We saw wildlife nearby on both the mornings that we were there. Communication with their team was prompt and well structured with clean no-contact checkin instructions. The home itself was very well maintained and clean. The bedrooms were cosy and stocked with linens. The kitchen was clean and stocked with utensils. They even had boardgames stocked for some family time. 200% recommended. Very well equipped, comfortable beds and located a few minutes from the centre of Estes Park. It’s in a quiet location surrounded by pine trees. The kitchen was very well-stocked. The master bathroom was enormous and had a wonderful soaking tub. There was a closet full of games and puzzles, and a great laundry closet as well. Karen & Brandon Stayed Sep, 2023 Great Stay Very well-furnished and comfortable 2/2 in a pretty, quiet area ... everything we needed during our 5-day stay in the kitchen and bath. Loved the converted old stove! What a beauty that Washington stove is. Wow. We did fine without AC, but it got a little stuffy mid-day, easily fixed with an open window or two. Never could figure out how to operate the gas fireplace, though. If we had needed that, I would have called. Radiant heat worked well on our coldest night. I would have liked better toiletries and tissue in the bathrooms, but it was okay. I'm just accustomed to a little better grade of supply. 🙂 Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Finding the turn into the condo unit is tricky because there is no street sign to mark the entry and the carved stone marking Bobcat Condos sets too far back from the main road. Once you see where to turn into the condo complex stay left up the hill to the top of the small complex to find this unit. Mike Stayed Jul, 2019 Review This is a good location. Close to a main road, although you do get some traffic noise. Close to downtown Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park shuttle stop, and grocery store (Safeway).The house was very clean and had a lot of supplies that you would not expect such asan umbrella, backpack, baby equipment, etc.SkyRun management company was responsive and professional.Although, the condo has wi-fi, it is very slow, but if you are not worried about going on-line, it shouldn't be a problem. Cell service is OK (Verizon), but not great, which is to be expected in a mountain area.Great views of the mountains. Weather is comfortable even in July. It's up in the mountains, so even though nearby Denver may be hot, it is cooler in Estes Park and you don't really need air conditioning. Ceiling fans are adequate.
