There is a thermostat for each room if people in your party like different temperatures. We made a couple meals while there and the kitchen had everything we needed. The condo is less than 10 minutes from anywhere you would want to go. There is a great local grocery store nearby and plenty of restaurants. We have a little baby learning to climb, and they were drawn to the stairs, but the table in the living room can be moved to block them. The 4 season porch is so lovely and was a sweet surprise. We could hear elk bugling throughout the evening. The blinds block out most of the light, but it wasn’t an issue due to the timing of sunrise and sunset. Otherwise I would use an eye mask to sleep. The beds are comfortable and we slept great every night! You can’t beat the Estes Park area with access to one of the most beautiful National Parks in the United States. While it’s part of a neighborhood of townhomes, this unit’s specific location is very private. The home was comfortable and homey without feeling like you were staying in someone actual home. Entire unit was absolutely SPOTLESS. Kitchen is fantastic. So nice to have the washer/dryer after getting dusty on the hiking trails. Close to everything the area has to offer. It was close to town yet far enough away that we didn’t hear all the traffic. The views weren’t what I had hoped for with all the trees and other condos blocking them. The only issue we had really was the “blackout blinds” were not so much and as soon as the sun came up at 5:45 am it was shining through the window in the bedroom making it hard to sleep in. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay. We will probably look at booking it or maybe another condo in the same area for our next visit. Overall it was a great place to stay!
