Comfortable condo, peaceful setting a little ways from the hustle and bustle. Kids had fun at the pool. Hot tub on deck was lovely. Good communication with check in code and check out instructions. Crockpot, toaster, coffee maker, blender ready for use. Great place to come back to after a long day of playing in the mountains. Would stay here again!

We stayed with SkyRun for a week trip getaway to the RMNP. The condo was very clean. We have had some not so great experiences with hot tub and airbnbs in the past so we were a little worried, but our experience was great had no issues with the hot tub. Clean and well maintained. It was very nice to have the full kitchen as we made most of our meals over the duration of our stay.Overall we had a very satisfying and enjoyable stay. Thanks again!

Our stay here was excellent. Loved that the area was quiet. Downtown was just a short drive away. Our unit was very spacious and it was nice to have a deck. The bed in the master bedroom has to be one of the most comfortable beds Ive ever slept on.The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the necessities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely stay again!

The space was nice and clean. The views from the deck were excellent. You can watch the sun rise over the mountians from the deck. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows and blankets. Great location as it is a bit away (10 minute drive) from the very busy down town.Only 2 minor things detracted from the stay. The indoor jacuzzi ran out of hot water before it was full and as this was a first floor unit, you can hear heavy footsteps and water running (mainly toilet flushing) from the upstairs unit. All in all would absolutely stay there again.

Vacation in the Rockies
Great location to the National Park. We had a great time at the Memorial Day Art Show. Groceries and dollar store near by. Had wonderful eats in town. Highly recommend the concert Hall at the Stanley Hotel for entertainment.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! This place was clean, felt like "home", and had the most beautiful views! The hot tub was amazing. We had some very scary weather during our stay (high winds) but we felt safe and secure! The neighbors were all friendly, and the location was very accessible to the Rocky Mtn National Park and a short drive to Boulder. Highly recommend visiting and staying here!

A great getaway for a staycation
We were wanting to get away for a quick weekend to Estes Park before the cold weather comes in for the season. What an enjoyable weekend we had with hiking in the Rocky Mountains Park and enjoying the local restaurants and shops. After a long day of hiking, we went to our stay at the VRBO and it was beautiful and a welcomed place to relax in the hot tub before we went to bed for the night. It was quiet and peaceful throughout our one night stay. This place will be considered for another get away in the future.

Wonderful stay for family of 4!
We stayed at this condo for several days in early June and it was a perfect home base for our family (with 2 young kids) to explore Estes Park and RMNP. Everything was actually as pictured and the unit was well stocked with supplies to last us most of our stay. The mountain views were amazing, and the hot tub was a big hit and very nice to have for the couple times where it ended up being too cold and rainy to go out hiking. The beds were amazingly comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed (and we did do a fair amount of cooking), master bath was very spacious, and having the washer and dryer in the condo was very helpful. The location was also great for us. The neighborhood was quiet and secluded, but a very easy 10-15 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go in Estes Park or RMNP. The only complaints we had were minor ones - as others have noted, the signage for condo numbers is not great so it took us quite a while driving around the buildings before we finally found it. Management might offer some additional guidance/direction on this to folks in the future as part of the check in process, but once we found it, check in was very smooth and easy. Also, there were a few TVs in the condo, which was great, but no streaming services offered. Again, very minor issue and had we not had the cold/rainy days, probably wouldn't have even registered as a problem, but it would have been nice on those days to have streaming options on the TVs. Overall, though, we loved our stay here and would absolutely come back.

Memorial Weekend get away
The property is as listed. Comfortable and clean with plenty of room! Beds are comfortable. The hot tub was a nice addition! The signage could be improved a great deal! The buildings don't have numbers posted in front as to which units are in them. We had to literally walk the property to find our unit. In the dark would be nearly impossible! The morning we checked out we locked the door at a.m. (check out by a.m.) and instantly wanted back in....the code was already deactivated! Glad we didn't go out for a walk and have issues getting back in! Just a heads up on that issue!Overall...a nice property!

The number for each unit is next to the door or on the corner of the building if the door is down the walkway. Estes Park is a dark sky community so a flashlight is always recommended. We have a staff member on call after hours to assist in locating your unity if needed. I apologize that your door code stopped working prior to 10am. We did not deactivate it however, it is not syncing properly with the time in our system. Our IT department is working on fixing this issue. Our on-call staff can assist with this also. Pretty perfect getaway
Overall fantastic experience here. Only thing I would change, its to add a privacy wall for the hot tub. Sitting in the hot tub you are able to see 4 other decks and hot tubs. Would stay again!

Great view

My friend and I had a wonderful, cozy stay! The apartment, hot tubs and amenities were great. Entering and accessing the apartment was easy. And the host were great, even helping us get back in after leaving because we had left a valuable item in the apartment.

Nice cozy condo
We love the Marys Lake area to stay in when we visit Estes and always return to these condos. It gives our family room to stretch out, cook our own meals and enjoy the beautiful views from the hot tub. This condo was no exception. We loved the king size beds and the cleanliness.

Winter stay
This condo was a great place to stay for our week vacation. The bed was comfortable. The living area had good space and couches were comfortable and relaxing. The condo provided plenty of towels and supplies for our stay. The kitchen provided everything needed to cook meals. The hot tub was a great amenity to relax and enjoy the view. The only downside is that the water heater does not have the capacity to fill up the jacuzzi tub enough to use the jets. My wife and I would highly recommend this condo.

Hikers Oasis

Great Stay, a few suggestions
Overall we were very happy with our stay here. The location is great- short drive to downtown Estes and RMNP, but away enough that you weren't in the traffic of Estes Park. It is in an area close to lots of other properties and while the property deck does look into the parking lot, the views are stunning just beyond that. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. The property itself was as advertised and well stocked. There were mini shampoo/conditioner, etc., one roll of tp per bathroom, dish soap, sponges, garbage bags, etc. and all the pots, pans, cutting boards etc we needed for cooking. We used the grill a couple of times and all was in great working order. The property did have a bit of a musty, damp smell to it, especially the washer and dryer, but it was great to be able to wash clothes. We were two adults and our three children ages 6, 4 and 8 months old. We felt this was a very family friendly spot, as we heard other children around at nearby properties. Our biggest disappointment was that we got one day to use the outdoor pool, which was wonderfully heated and fun for the kids. However, the other two times we attempted to use the pool, it was pretty clear the filter was clogged or broken- the water was super murky and dirty looking and it was ice cold. There were so many other things to do in the area that it didn't mess with our trip too much, but it would have been nice if there had been a sign on the gate that it was being repaired or if we had been contacted by management to let us know of the issues. I hate to pay for an amenity that wasn't useable and feel the property management should have notified its guests. Other than that, we would recommend this property. A couple of suggestions for the owners to make the stay even better:- a small laundry basket would be very helpful when doing laundry- adding actual closet bars in the closets so that you could hang up coats and clothing. One closet in the entryway was completely unusable because it lacked any kind of tension rod or bar. The bedroom closets had a shelf that you could kind of use to hang things, but a real bar stocked with hangers would have been nice.- Door hooks and an over the door mirror. No full length mirror (not essential but nice to have), and the master bathroom in particular had no hand towel hooks or towel hooks near the shower. Not fun having to leave your towel on the floor while showering and an easy fix.-a few board games or cardsThx for stay!

SkyRun also does not and cannot charge for the use of said amenities as we do not manage them. While we understand the frustration stemming from being unable to use the pool, it is disappointing for us to receive negative reviews for something we cannot control.

Great family friendly stay!!
Awesome stay! The home was perfect with easy access to the lake. The personal touches (smored packets and snacks) were really nice. Loved it so much we stayed an extra night.

Family vacation in Estes Park
The unit was as described. It was clean and comfortable for our family. The kitchen had all of the basics needed. The location is not in the hustle and bustle of town but it is a quick (7-10 minutes) and easy drive to everything you need. The carpet in the unit seemed very worn and it is a downstairs unit. be aware that if anyone is in the unit above you will hear every step they take.

SkyRun Estes Park is a MUST stay!
Our place was beautiful! It was like being at home. Very clean and comfortable! You won�t need to bring anything except for yourself! It is located near downtown and RMNP. The Mountain views were so nice! The hot tub was a nice bonus. There is a pool on site that is not heated but the kids still swam. Highly recommend!!! We will stay there again.

Great place to stay and great location just on the out skirts of estes park. Only negative thing I would have to say about the place is that if there is anybody above you hopefully they walk lightly. During our stay it sounded like there was a heard of elephants jumping rope above us. All in all still an amazing place to stay with wildlife running through the property nightly! Hottub felt amazing after hiking too!!

Im genuinely going to miss this place. It is settled into the perfect location, surrounded by mountains with an amazing view of the sunrise every morning. The unit was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The community was quiet. All your basic necessities/ tools are available for making coffee in the morning and meals when you dont feel like going out. (Just need to buy your coffee and food, of course). The only thing I may mention to be aware of is, it states the place is large enough for 6 people, but I personally would say it would be very tight having 6 full grown adults. We had three adults and it felt perfect. If it were just a couple/ few adults and the rest kids, thatd be comfortable.

Great Rocky Mountain Vacation Property
We loved the condo. It was a short 10 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park Beaver Meadows entrance. It was also just a few miles from Estes Park Village for shopping and restaurants. There were gorgeous views from the deck, and the kids enjoyed the hot tub with mountain views. Thanks for a great vacation rental!

Great Stay

Perfect girls' getaway!
We spent two evenings in the lodge. The location was beautiful as well as the unit. The kitchen was stocked with all the items we needed. The hot tub and fireplace were our favorite parts of the unit! The toilet in the master bathroom was not working properly. We reached out to the property owner in the evening and received a response in the morning the next day. It was fixed that morning/afternoon. Great location near Rocky Mountain National Park. Would highly recommend for an awesome stay in Estes Park!

Long weekend, anniversary getaway
We had a great time. The property and location was beautiful! It was perfect for just my husband and myself but would have also been just as perfect if we would have brought our kids as well. We arrived after dark and had a little trouble finding our unit. However, once we found it, everything else was wonderful: the king size bed, jetted tub, private hot tub, private porch and the location was very close to everything, but not so close that we couldnt enjoy the quiet, peaceful views.

Marys Lake Condo
