Location is less than 10 minutes from downtown Estes but feels like youre away from the crowds. We did feel as though the living room/kitchen area as well as the queen bedroom were cramped. Also, there are little things here and there that could use some updating (pull out couch/warped pan/carpet, deck furniture, etc.). There is a small patio outside of the lower bedroom but nothing to sit on to enjoy the view. Despite those improvements, the place was clean and essentials were provided. We did also have a minor maintenance issue when we got to the condo that was addressed promptly. We are happy with our choice to stay here and despite a few minor things would recommend! Stayed Sep, 2021 Beautiful views A beautiful place to stay in Estes Park. It's a bit away from the downtown area, but I preferred that. Nice deck and saw Elk daily. The main bedroom downstairs was very big with a nice fireplace and bathroom. It was very close to Mary's Lake, Twin Sister's mountain and Lilly Lake. Very quiet for the most part, some of the connecting renters got a bit loud at times. The place was pretty clean. There was some things that bugged me, but I'm very picky. There wasn't any cleaning supplies. I wanted to clean up the kitchen, but unable to do so, I just had to use paper towels and dish soap. There was one packet for laundry, most places I have stayed provided plenty of laundry detergent. I was in awe of the stars at night that were visible, so amazing! I would stay there again. Swimming pool was heated and a hit with our kiddos. Unit was very clean. We actually called to see if we could stay an additional night, but sadly, it was booked. Loved the town of Estes Park. Will be back. Only con was that one bedroom is upstairs and master suite is downstairs. Not perfectly ideal with small children, but we knew this was the set up and it worked out well anyways. Samantha Stayed Sep, 2020 Review We stayed here the 2nd week of September for our honeymoon! Very private and comfortable for the two of us, we loved the jacuzzi tub and private balcony! Location is perfect: far enough away from town that you have minimal traffic and quiet, while still being an easy drive to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. We had a wide range of weather for our trip (early snow fall, rain, sunshine, you name it!) and this condo was comfortable the entire time. You can easily adjust the temperature (part of the time we had the heat on and other parts we either had AC or turned off the furnace to let the fresh air in!). Kitchen is adequately stocked for an AirBNB and we cooked multiple meals easily. Management is responsive, we called because our fireplace would not turn on and they had someone come over within the hour. My only complaint was that there was an internal pipe In the wall downstairs that would click loudly for awhile (maybe 10 minutes?) whenever you would use any water. We think this may have also been connected to the next door condo since it would make noise randomly when we werent using water. To be fair, we did not say anything to management during our stay (it was a pipe in the wall that they could not have fixed during our stay and it just wasnt a priority for us!). Overall, great place that we would definitely go back to if we are in Estes Park again!Also, there is a really nice golf course nearby that had a ton of elk and an amazing BBQ restaurant that we would highly recommend! The location was great ten minutes from town , If you went east you would arrive on the east side of downtown If you when west you would be on the side toward the national park entrance. We really enjoyed the views from the back deck. WE saw turkey, deer and elk from the deck. The beds were comfortable and layout of the condo was good. The master bedroom is on the lower floor. We enjoyed the gas fireplace. I would recommend several more ice trays, only one available, and look into the noise from the lower bath room Sounds like a harmonic from the pipes.
