The place was very clean top to bottom, and we all had our own private rooms with a bathroom inside, which was very convenient! We saw deer passing by from the patio and the views were great. We needed 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and that's exactly what we got. Kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. Best feature was the view from the decks. We've stayed at other Estes condos, and nothing beat the panoramic view. The on-line pictures did not do that view justice! Very easy check-in and check-out. Garage was a nice touch as well. We had elk grazing right outside and snowcap mountain in the distance. I recommend the Twin Owls Steakhouse a 1 minute drive from condo. This condo was wonderful! I've had a lot of bad luck with Air BnB's, but this turned it around! Perfect condo for us, a couple, to use only the main floor. It could easily be used by several families, with the downstairs portion providing so much extra space. Each bedroom had its own full bath. Gorgeous views, close access to both downtown Estes Park and the RMNP entrance, it could not have been nicer. We found all furnishings to be in excellent condition, the pictures are accurate. We cooked every night in the condo; the kitchen had all the necessary items. Extra points that there is a Safeway just 10 minutes away, so convenient! We spent 4 days hiking, as well as an afternoon checking out the shops in Estes Park. I loved this cozy comfortable condo and wished we could have stay longer! The space suited our needs perfectly and it had everything required to make breakfast, enjoy our coffee and even make a snack later in the day. Not too far from many great restaurants. I used the emergency number and immediately got an answered called. Since we were able to gain entry through the garage we did not think it was necessary to get the door code situation, resolved until the next morning. Promptly the next morning it was taken care of.The photos of the unit were on point and it is absolutely lovely. I was told all beds were very comfortable with the exception of the fold out sofa (which was only used one night) Id highly recommend a topper should be purchased which could easily be rolled up and stored since the storage in this place is immense. This particular sofa is not very comfortable to sit on either. Dont get me wrong its a nice couch but since it is leather it seems like its not broken in enough. The unit is listed as sleeps 8 but there really isnt a good comfortable hang out space for 8. Six yes but with 8 some are sitting in dining room chairs. Id suggest an additional sofa downstairs that way everyone can hang together. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill worked awesome. Loved that every bedroom has its own private full bath and theres an extra 1/2 bath upstairs. Parking was super easy too. We DID LOVE this place and would stay here again but I feel its very important to be completely honest. Simple to get to RMNP from here and if you want a nice upscale dinner you cant beat Twin Owls Steakhouse within a miles drive. Stayed Jun, 2022 Nice House This is a nice rental option for a family or larger-sized group. The living room and kitchen area are a nice size and the living room furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the kitchen windows is very nice and you'll sometimes see the elk in the field. The listing should be updated though to reflect that the bed in the main level bedroom is not a queen size, but rather a full size. We have a queen at home and there's no way this is a queen-sized bed. Also, each evening during our stay, it seemed to be scream-o-clock just before dinnertime with kids screaming and yelling just outside from the grassy area there or the neighboring decks/balconies. We had family staying in another unit a level up from this home and they could also hear all the kids screaming from outside this unit. If you have little ones with you, this may not bother you, but we were looking for a more peaceful visit. Check-in could not have been easier, the rooms were spotless, upscale finishes and amenities, and the sofa sleeper in the living room was superior (can't speak for the other beds, because I was on the sofa bed--but everyone else overslept...every day!). Linens were fresh and clean, nothing looked worn or old. Neighborhood was lovely and quiet. This would not be the place to have any sort of large loud party. The cabin is easy to access from downtown Estes, and just a quick 10 minute drive to the Safeway in town. The bathrooms were fully stocked with shampoo and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked with a toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans, plates and good silverware/serving utensils. We went into RMNP to hike on Saturday and spent Sunday shopping and eating brunch. The garage kept us from cleaning snow off our car. Having starter supplies of paper towels, dish washer pods and trash bags was a pleasant touch. The fireplace made chilly mornings toasty. The place had a welcoming vibe and was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the shower fixtures were fantastic. The kitchen had a wide array of pots and pans, even a bundt pan! The home has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bath and was spotless. The bathrooms also had heated floors which were a nice perk considering we traveled during early spring. The home is in a cute, quite neighborhood which was a short 10 minute drive to both downtown Estes Park and the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. We saw both deer and elk every morning and had great views of the mountains from every window. There is both a deck on the upper and lower level. We were also easily able to cook breakfast every morning as the kitchen was fully equipped with pans, pots and dishes. Also, there are two living rooms which one is stocked with fun games! The condo was even nicer in person than it looks in the photos and it was less than 10 minutes to drive to the downtown area which we appreciated since it was a busy holiday weekend. Close enough but away from the crowds. A couple of minor criticisms would be that the pillows are too thin and the lock was tricky on the pocket door in one of the downstairs bathrooms. Stayed Jul, 2018 Just wonderful, beautiful view made good memories. Just Wonderful! Beautiful view and very pretty house. We seen elk and hummingbirds and other birds also. There was me and my husband and our son and daughter in law our 11 year old grand daughter and two of her friends. Everything was close to us. We hiked in rocky national park, shopped, kids played in Estes lake, men played golf. Got spooked at the Stanley park hotel. We grilled and cooked quite a bit at condo. Greg was so nice and made sure everything was good for us. I would rent this condo again. It was very nice. Lots of memories made there. It was perfect for our family of 4! Our 16 and 19-year old loved having their own room and bathroom.
