Not available for extended stay. EV#6196 This luxurious 3BR / 2.5BA townhome, located a stone's throw away from beautiful Fall River, offers two floors of relaxation and solitude. Located one mile from the Fall River entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and three miles to downtown Estes Park, this home is the perfect mix of town and tranquility. Enjoy meals and family time in the open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is well-appointed with full-size stainless steel appliances and all the necessary cooking essentials. The oversized dining table comfortably seats six, while the picture windows in the living area provide both natural light and stunning views. Past the kitchen are the half bath and laundry area. Enjoy the living area views, warm up to the gas fireplace, and settle in to watch a movie. Off of the living room is the main floor master bedroom, featuring a king bed, walk-in closet and private ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The staircase leads to the loft that provides an additional fully furnished seating area on the second floor. The loft is flanked by the two guest bedrooms, one facing the river, and each with a queen bed. A full guest bath with a tub/shower combo is located upstairs. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit. BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving. This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home. We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays. Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line. Snow removal by HOA or SkyRun depending on property, at 4 inches of new snow. Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. The views were just amazing with the babbling river running behind the home and the incredible mountains! Everything was perfect and beautiful interior as well! We enjoyed the elk that came by one afternoon to drink from the river! We also saw turkeys, deer and fawn, chipmunks, and birds: magpie and Stellar Jays who enjoyed eating non salted peanuts from our deck (tip from our Nextdoor neighbor). We had 6 adults and felt that we would have enjoyed more seating in the living area, but used the kitchen table chairs, which were very hard after a short time. Also we wished the toilets in the house were taller— they were hard to get up and down. We appreciated the peace and quiet and listening to the water outside. Sound of the river the loudest noise during the stay.Had trouble with oven and management sent someone same day to fix. (Only down side was no access to garage and not informed of that - not a problem on this trip but would be in mid-winter when we've stayed in adjacent condos and got lots of snow so garage access was quite valuable).Would rent again. When you step out onto the back deck you are just feet away from Fall River with a view of the mountains. We saw lots of wildlife while sitting on the back deck while listening to the sounds of the river. The townhouse was beautifully decorated, comfortable and perfect for our family.
