This place had everything you could possibly need including a full size washer & dryer! That was much appreciated!!Was thrilled it had ac but my only complaint would be that the air was set to an automatic 75 degrees which is too hot for us. You can turn it down but if you are gone for a bit it automatically went back to 75. It also reset to this during the night. Would be nice if you could set that to where you like. That said, I would stay here again (but make sure we get the cooler downstairs bedroom!! Ha)Thank you so much for providing such a nice home!! It is more like a standalone townhome rather than a condo unit (like some of the other rentals) which we liked. Very clean and quiet at night. Check in and check out was a breeze. The master bedroom was perfect - I took the giant king bed and my son took the twin day bed. I also like that this area is away from the craziness of downtown Estes Park. Stayed Aug, 2021 Great mountain views, somewhat noisy Our stay at the property was great. Bedrooms, bathrooms were spacious and nice. Great views from the family room. What is not apparent from the listing and pictures is that this is not a single-family home, but connected to another home (like a duplex). So you can hear the neighbors when you are sitting on the deck. Also the deck is facing the road/highway, so gets noisier at times. Large downstairs master suite had a big closet, jetted bathtub, and plenty of space for post-hiking yoga. Hot tub is on the patio accessed through the master suite. The view really is that lovely. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony with the view each morning and even went fishing at the nearby lake. The kids also loved the hot tub!The layout of the home fit all 5 of us comfortably (2 adults, 3 teenagers). The master bedroom is very large, and we only wished that room had been equipped to sleep 2 or 3 of our children and we could have taken the other bedroom. But 2 of our kids made use of the two sofa beds in the living room and all was good! The kitchen is very well equipped and there were plenty of linens.We highly recommend staying here. The home was one of the cleanest Airbnbs weve stayed at and it was stalked with everything we needed! And the location was perfect! Its a very quiet community but kid friendly! We saw kids ridding their scooters and heard laughter from others near by which just made us feel at home. We honestly wish we could of stayed longer! And to top it off... all the beds are so comfortable! Theres a huge master suite with the door leading out to the hot tub. The master suite was just incredible and its separate from the up stairs. When you walk in the door you have the guest room which is pretty good size and bathroom right next to it and then it all opens up to the living room and kitchen. You then can head down stairs in the master suit with a huge bathroom and laundry room which has a king size bed and trundle bed and that was nice to be able to lay our kiddos in. The views were beautiful and the hot tub was great. The only part that I would have changed was the kitchen. There was nothing stocked, not even sugar or cooking spray. Based on previous stays in Estes, I imagined all kitchens came partially stocked with necessities for cooking. That is really the only hang up I have. Furniture was cozy and the bed was super comfy.
