Everything was clean & modern. Location is great too. There were a few things that could be fixed. The coffee pot doesn't work correctly. It's a 12 cup machine but the pot is for 10 cups so it overflowed the first time we used it. It also doesn't brew hot coffee. The temperature inside when we arrived was freezing. The temperature in the hot tub was warm not hot. It would be great if a mini fridge was down in the master bedroom. Otherwise, it was a great vacation in Estes! Just had two issues. One the hot tub jets didn’t all work. Still great to relax in after long hikes. Second issue was the lodge HOA decided to stain and moved stuff on the deck. We thought someone was in the apt . We called and confirmed that nobody came into the rental. But the HOA. Didn’t notify the sky run . Which was a bit strange. Full size kitchen and appliances. Only negatives were that not all the functions on the hot tub worked. It still did work. The second was we came home and found our table on the deck moved. Beds were extremely comfortable, fireplaces on both floors were easy to use and created nice ambience on cool days/evenings. Wonderfully decorated for modern cabin-like feel. Very cool rustic/modern artwork. Will definitely rent again, next time we plan to visit Estes Park. Only problem was toilet handle/flushing arm fell off - I was able to temporarily repair. Maintenance person wouldn't come into the condo to fix the problem, because we were there. Shower curtain also fell off. Stayed Jun, 2022 Perfect location and beautiful cabin My family of four including 2 teenagers loved this stay. We only stayed 3 nights, but loved everything. The beds were comfortable, kids loved the hot tub and I enjoyed the jetted bathtub. Our favorite part was watching the sunrise over the mountain one morning and watching the deer graze in the meadow across the street every evening! It was a quick 10 minutes to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. We had a short walk up the hill to the small but perfect pool to spend a couple hours at. It was never crowded! We received the door code from Sky Run via text about a half hour before arriving, so that worked perfectly. Next time I might get another bedroom so we don't have to use the pull out couch for one of our kids, but that worked fine. My ONLY complaint would be the temperature control. It was really cold in the downstairs basement bedroom, especially at night, and when we tried to adjust the thermostat, nothing would kick on. I'm guessing some kind of remote setting that wouldn't allow us to turn on the heat? It was an easy fix though, as the downstairs bedroom has an electric fireplace. This stunning condo was our home for 6 days to my husband, 2 kids and myself. We loved it! Pictures do not give this place justice! The view is so beautiful. Being able to enjoy the view while warm inside was a huge bonus! I was worried about it being so close to the road. But that road is not a heavily trafficked. Out of 6 days we saw only 1 car go past us, 1 day. The hot tub was great, but it did need more water and to be real honest it wasn't the cleanest. That didn't stop us! All 4 of us comfortably fit in the hot tub with room for at least 2 more! The view was impeccable! Since it wasn't the cleanest and there was no chlorine in it, We just showered when we finished. However, my daughter did end up sick. Not 100% sure if it was the water or just being wet in the cold. We also LOVED the jetted tub! My daughter an I did our spa day and just relaxed since it was so windy an she wasn't feeling her best. The fireplaces up an downstairs was an amazing touch and probably my favorite part. The kitchen had everything I needed for meals. Robes were a great touch, though they were quite tattered, considering how new the condo was- we were shocked an worried about getting charged for them. Over all this place is 10/10. They don't offer slippers, so definitely bring some. Other than that we would definitely consider this place for our family again. My husband, two young kids and I had the time of our lives thanks to the luxury and spaciousness of this condo. Located just outside of downtown Estes, this condo is surrounded by mountains and a small lake - which means your close to town but also far away enough to feel the mountainside vibe. We enjoyed lounging in the living room (or lounging by the fire in the master suite) and watching the snow pile up outside - them jumping in the hot tub! The TVs have all kinds of streaming services and the internet is solid; parking is next to the condo and easy to access. There were plenty of towels, throw blankets, and pillows for our group and we felt right at home. Ben rustin Stayed Jan, 2020 Almost 5 I want to preface the 4 star review with saying that the reason has been rectified and it was based on our experience and will not be an issue for future guests. The guest room was beyond retirement. I mean like sleeping in a burrito. Which is horrible for sleeping two people in one bed. Unfortunately, getting a new mattress isn’t quick in Estes, so we had to be moved to another unit after the first night. That’s the only reason for our 4 star experience. Skyrun was very helpful and accommodating once we communicated our issue. 5 stars for them and the last 2 nights of our stay. New mattresses have been put in unit 33, so our issue should not be anybody else’s. I highly recommend any of their units, and we will be returning. We stayed here for a little family getaway and loved just about everything the place had to offer. The views were amazing and the location was perfect, just minutes from the RMNP and a few more to downtown Estes Park. The condo had everything we needed and many touches that helped make the place feel homey. The only complaint was that the queen size bed in the upstairs was really not comfortable. We had elk outside our window every day during our stay. The view from the private hot tub at night is amazing. Both fireplaces kept us nice and warm in the November mountains. The hosts sent us a bottle of wine to help us celebrate our honeymoon. We really enjoyed having a kitchen to cook in every night and for making lunches and keeping our beer cold. LaRosa Family Stayed Jul, 2019 Home away from home Great home away from home. Close to everything but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown that you get to enjoy nature. Elk walk right in front of cabin. Beds were very comfortable. There was a grill for us to cook out and all dishes and utensils were there also so we did not have to eat out every meal. The location near Mary's lake is ideal for staying in Estes Park and visiting the Rocky Mountain Nation Park. Isolated from the town, yet just a short drive away. The view from the property was amazing, with elk and mule deer seen grazing daily! The rental it self was very clean and well kept with all you need for a home away from home.
