One Particular Cabin, surrounded by pine trees, nestled in a quiet Estes Park neighborhood, with a view of Longs Peak, the perfect mountain oasis! Feel the serenity, feel the breeze, feel the mountains, feel at home. Settle into this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home take a deep breath and relax. You are finally here.

Drive through a quiet Estes Park neighborhood to One Particular Cabin. Walk up the stairs to the large inviting deck, with plenty of seating, a grill and a picnic table, this will be a family favorite. Morning coffee watching the mountains wake up and listening to the birds sing, late lunch after a long hike and evening family time playing games and reconnecting.

Enter the cabin into the open living room, dining and kitchen area. The cozy kitchen has everything you need to whip up a great meal while still being part of the family action. The living room has plenty of room for everyone to gather around for movie night or tell stories in front of the gas fireplace on a chilly evening.

Just off the living room is an extra space to get away from the rest of the group, read a book or snuggle up with one of the kids for some one on one time.

Everyone will get a good night’s sleep in each of the three bedrooms. Just off the kitchen you will find one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with a queen bed and twin over double bunk bed. The lower level king bed brings the bed total to 5 so all the kids can have their own bed! The king bedroom has a TV and a gas fireplace, making it a great place to snuggle in and be cozy.

The full bathroom on the main level has a shower only, compact in size but gets the job done. If you like a little elbow room in the shower, there is a tub shower combo in the lower level bathroom which is accessed through the king bedroom.

There is plenty of space outside for the kids to run around and everyone to enjoy a slice of mountain living and plenty of space inside to come together at the end of the day. The perfect mountain oasis.

What To Be Aware Of:

No AC, there are fans in the home

14 steps up the stairs to the front door

No smoking inside or outside.

No pets.

Parking for 4 cars in the driveway

Do not park on the road

No large vehicles, i.e. RV’s , trailers.

Outdoor cameras facing each of the entry doors

Outdoor motion lights

Must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.

Quiet time at 7pm.

Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a Flash Light.

BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when you are not in the home.

This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.

We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Snow removal at 4 inches of new snow on day of arrival.

Driveway can be difficult with snow.

4WD or AWD required during and after snow events.

Great, quiet location near park entrance and several restaurants. As with many rentals in EP, no A/C (entire week in upper 80's during the day), but numerous fans to blow in cool evening air. Nice deck, kitchen supplies, bedding. There was an extra room with couch and washer and dryer. Basement large bdrm much cooler. Great find.

Fantastic location, great mountain views from the spacious deck, cozy nights with the dual, highly-realistic gas fireplaces, a quintessential, quiet, comfy mountain cabin interior. The staff was always incredibly responsive and polite via text on the few occasions we needed more paper towels, pods for the dishwasher, etc. The interior can get quite warm during the day, but is easily cooled at night as the numerous screened windows are of high quality and open easily. Of the home’s two full bathrooms, the bath through the master bedroom is much larger than the quite small one that serves both bedrooms on the main floor. Overall, however, the home is a wonderful place for a vacation for friends and family.

Great place with plenty of space and very close to RMNP! The keypad lock didn’t work at check-in, but maintenance came out and fixed the issue within a very speedy 10-15 min! We would stay here again!
