The curtains were also very sheer so they let in a ton of light in the morning. Overall, it was a really nice stay and we would potentially stay again. Very cozy with a perfect amount of space for 2 people! It was just me and my mom, but i think you could comfortably sleep 3 as there is a comfortable couch in the living room! Fire place kept it perfectly warm, I miss reading in front of it next to the view of mountains in the morning! The views were great from the very spacious wrap around deck! Definitely the best deck of the surrounding units. Pretty private compared to the other units. Very close and easy access to RMNP! The town of Estes was lively even in April, easy to get around and to get necessities like groceries! (We went to Safeway about 10 minutes away) we had near perfect sunny weather all week, so the drive up to the place was easy and BEAUTIFUL! (Might be trickier in rain/snow.) It was unusually cool for our stay, but we still managed to enjoy the balcony which was the big selling point for us anyway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and their instructions were clear and proactive. Two of us stayed and this places was the perfect size. The view from the deck is unbelievable and it was a nice space to sit out and enjoy the gorgeous weather. The location is close to the two National Park entrances we used the most, making it a quick and easy drive each day. Its also close enough to downtown Estes Park to be convenient (10 minute drive) but far enough away to be quite and feel secluded. Stayed Jan, 2023 New Years Eve getaway The wife and I visit Estes Park every year to celebrate the New Year and my birthday. We tend to bounce around where we stay and happened upon this gem. The large private patio is awesome and has a couple rocking chairs. The living room upon walking in is small but cozy. The recliners and couch are very comfortable. Youll find a tidy kitchen with the necessary items needed to prepare meals. The bedroom is large and has a closet with miscellaneous items such as fans, games, and extra bedding. The bathroom is nice and the shower has great water pressure! We couldnt locate any cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper or paper towels but that didnt detract from the property or the experience. We did the Rocky Mountain National park, boulder and a red rocks concert, most we had to travel was a hour and half. I strongly encourage you to check in during day light. I would have cleaned them myself but there were no window cleaning products. We also thought it was odd we had to do our own dishes. Otherwise everything was great! This is done annually each June after the winter season (which can last through May). We ask guests to turn the dishwasher on at departure so the dishes will be ready to be put away by the cleaners. Stayed May, 2022 Rocky Mountain Getaway The view from this place was stunning! We had coffee, tea and breakfast on the patio in the AM and wine and beer at night in the wooden rocking chairs. Overall cute place but the sheets were like sand paper so would suggest the owner to upgrade the quality of the sheets. Also not all windows have screens and no screen on the front door. It was beautiful time of the year door and our stay and would have been nice to open all the windows and the door to get on all the sunlight and fresh air! Their appears to be new construction going on two doors down on the right but luckily the view is to the left of us so it did not get in our way. The neighbors upstairs had children or child running back and forth the last day all day into the night so that was a bummer. Not sure if they were renters or lives there but took away from the quietness. Not the owners fault, its out of their control. I would stay here if the sheets were upgraded, screens placed on windows and a screen door added. The view is remarkable so for the price it was perfect overall one more suggestion to the owner, add a caddy in the shower to place your personal items while shaowering. The location is great as it's easy to get downtown and to the park. Both are a short drive away. The view from the balcony was amazing. There are so many stars at night. It was quiet. We didn't use the kitchen apart from the refrigerator, but it looked like it had everything you would need for some basic cooking. Checking in and out was easy. I'd recommend staying here. Also near to Estes Downtown park, other basic stores like Dollar General, estes mini mart are also very near. The place has all basic amenities, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with basic toiletries and beautiful bedroom. I would recommend this place perfect for 2 people looking for some peace from the city hustle. The only reason for 4 star - the AC is quiet noisy, difficult to sleep with that noise if you are not use to it and second which is not any issue with AirBnb but the people staying next to our place were extremely noisy and partying till midnight. Marys Lake has some of the best views in Estes Park which made it essential for us to grab a condo in that area. We had been staying in a condo down the street from the one we booked this year for years until the owner sold it away, so this year we decided to check availability for the other condos. The condo we stayed at was everything we expected and more. The porch space was a nice surprise, we were able to enjoy the great views while relaxing on the rocking chairs and while eating our meals on the outdoor table provided. The space very clean and up to date. The kitchen had proper cookware so we could prepare our meals everyday. The staff provided plenty toiletries, towels, soap, shampoo, etc. I would highly recommend staying with Skyrun and will be booking this room again. Great Views! We had a wonderful time in Estes Park! The place is really neat and clean with great view. Upon arrival, we met a very nice gentleman who works there. He helped us locate our unit and provided really helpful advice. I wish that the owner could provide us more than just salt and pepper. We had to purchase more toilet paper since there was only one roll available in the bathroom.
